it was clean and adequate for my needs, I normally stay in hotels but won’t be anymore.

The location was amazing and the size of the rooms were great. The hosts were also really friendly and always helpful.

There was no shower gel in any showers and no cloth in kitchen to dry up.

There wasn't any information about how to work the oven and hob, so we had a bit of a struggle.

Little things made this a not great stay but annoyingly they are really easy fixes. The toilet seat was really wobbly just on one side, and the shower head was held up by a piece of insulation tape, both could be fixed in 10mins. And the shower is one of the main points we all rate by I think!

Great central location, it was the cheapest place we could find in the area, near to a Sainsburys Local and places to get food. Reasonable facilities were provided and we got our deposit back quickly. All in all was somewhere to sleep while we spent the weekend in Sheff.

While the list of facilities provided seems excellent, the towels were unbelievably soft (literally like blankets) and very hard to actually dry off with. The hot water cut out very suddenly when I took a shower in the evening. We were pleased the place said it came with an iron and ironing board, but the board had no cover and was just the metal grate. Kitchen was very bare and lacked any tea towels or sharp knives (we had to cut fruit with a bread knife). The bed was probably the worst part of the stay - it has the honour of being the least comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, and I’ve slept on a thin foam sheet in a hut in the Fijian countryside. We had friends in another apartment who also barely slept - mattress was incredibly soft, and you could not only feel every spring in the mattress but also hear them all pinging every time you shifted. I woke up in the night because I thought I’d accidentally left my keys in the bed, but it was one of the springs poking me. I’m also not particularly happy about the amount of personal information we had to give up without any clear privacy policy. They take all the info they’d need for identity theft and without a clear policy this is actually a GDPR breach. We’ll probably book a hotel next time…

Great Central location but quiet. The owner was very helpful and friendly. He enabled us to leave our bags in the apartment and have a quick drink prior to the check in time. The shower was very powerful & a great temperature. Overall a very comfortable, pleasant stay, ideal for five people. The owner also refunded the damages deposit extremely quickly & efficiently.

The only criticism I have is that the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. However, for a one night stay, it was sufficient.

I loved the location and the facilities. Amazing!

This property is in a very central location, yet it's really quiet at night. The apartment was really clean and the beds were very comfortable. The management team were quick to respond to queries and the directions on how to get to and get into the property were really clear. The property provided towels as well. This apartment is a good choice for a trip to Sheffield.

The window in the main bathroom could do with having frozen glass, as the neighbours can see right into the bathroom. However, the window does have a roller blind, so I guess there is a workaround. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay.

its wrongly advertised, it shouldnt be advertised for 5 to sleep becuase the sofa beds were extremely uncomfortable and one was broken which i made booking.com aware about. definitely not happy with the stay, alot of damage to the property.

The location, the location of the car park. Close to the centre of Centre, 5 minute walk.

The apartment was dirty, hand marks on the walls, especially in the bathroom. Dirty sheets, plug sockets were loose. The building wasn't secure, and the metal gate didn't lock.

Located in the centre of the city so very central. It was clean with modern decor & furnishings. On a quite side street so no noise from traffic.

I had concerns about safety as the security on the building entrance was not working so anyone could access the building night or day.The building gate was very heavy which I found a challenge as I have a shoulder injury. The lighting timer on the stairs & landing to the apartment was set too short so kept going off. There could have been a little more kitchenware & a toaster would be handy. I would have preferred a dishwasher than a washing machine.

Location is great, it is in the old banking district of the city, So surrounded by shops, cathedral tram stop and short walk to train station. The property itself was clean and as advertised, it was quiet too.

We had an issue in check in- They had sent several different numbers for the two doors we needed codes for (a total of 9 messages) . With adverse weather I contacted the host who refused to give me the correct code- Obviously security minded which was fair but I am sure he could have been more helpful. Instead we took 45 minutes to get into the property in heavy freezing rain.
