Staff is very polite and obliged to my requests.

No ventilation at all in the room, cigarette smell in the room even though it is a nonsmoking room, no microwave in facility which would have been very helpful.

The fake reviews in booking.com that made me book this hotel and suffer for three days

There was no restaurant attached to the hotel as shown in the website. I could not get any warm water or tea or coffee for my aged mother for three days. I was totally dependent on food delivery apps for three days. The rooms were smelly, and bathrooms were dirty with slippery floors and doors that cannot be opened or closed without acrobatics skills. Slippery floors those were never cleaned after they were built. I doubt if they have heard of the word "housekeeping". They would not remove the trash until it rots and we die of suffocation. They were surprised when we asked why no toiletries were kept in washrooms. Also, hot water will be provided at Sun's mercy as only solar heater is available. If you want to take bath early in the morning or evening after sunset, you better take a cold shower. The intercom never worked; and they never bothered to get it repaired. On informing booking.com customer care, they gave false promises those were never fulfilled. At the end of the day, there was no bill or invoice provided by the hotel or booking.com. My entire money has gone waste and we had a horrible experience. Book at your own risk

This hotel is a hidden gem! It was even better than we expected. The rooms were modern and stylish, and the staff was really nice and helpful. We had a fantastic stay.
