Gorgeous views & plenty of space for 2 couples

The views are fantastic. Lovely and warm, sunshine into house. Good kitchen with all the basics...so easy to relax. Lots of space, and room for luggage, extra blankets, pillows and hot water bottles.

Would be nice be to have underfloor heating in bathroom turn on...did not seem to work. Some of the auto close catches on kitchen cupboards were hard to close. But minor niggles....in now way detracted from a lovely stay.

Location and view were great. Definitely be back to stay

View was wonderful. House looks like the pictures. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace.

Kitchen could use more pots/pans/dishes for guests that would like to cook. There is one medium frypan so we couldn't pan fry steaks and had to do several batchs of bacon and eggs. There isn't a large pot for pasta. There are 6 dinner plates so we had to run the dishwasher twice a day.

NICE VIEW, CLEAN, COMFOR

The view was breathtaking. Decor of place was modern and cosy. Close drive to supermarket and restaurants.

The rooms were really stuffy at night as there was only air conditioning in the living area, and this is the start of winter! In the morning, the sunrise was directly in line with the property and the intense heat woke us up! cannot imagine how it would be in summer.

A clean in between days would have been good. We ran out of toilet paper, and had to launder all our towels!

The house is very nice, with great view to Lake Tekapo. It is spacious with two bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked. Picking up the key and give back the key was easy. We have enjoyed our short stay very much.

We received several time the request of check-in (=pick up the key) before 5pm, this is a bit stressful. The bedrooms cannot be made dark when sleeping-some window has no blinds.
