Came down to Edmonton from NWT, and it was an excellent and easy process to check in and great stay - Cathy was an excellent host and very communicate!! Would recommend to book

Modern, Hip, Convenient, Well located, Clean, Well stocked, Great kitchen - cooked a full family steak dinner with the BBQ in February! Would book again for sure!

We loved every moment we spent at the townhouse. From our early morning walk to Starbucks to the movie night and quiet sleeps. Lots of room for our family and quick and easy to get to the places in Edmonton we needed to get to. Will definitely rent here again!!

The house is quite spacious. The kitchen has all the tools necessary for cooking nice meals, smoothies, while hanging out. The living room is nice and cozy, perfect to watch TV, read a book, and stay for a moment of reflection while writing. The rooms were, likewise, spacious, each with a TV and huge closets. The owners have excellent taste for colors, decorations, and balance between minimalism and luxury. Very easy to go to downtown, West Edmonton Mall, check out the University and the Hospitals, and at a walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Thank you Cathy!

We stayed for a week and it was perfect. The home is super clean, well stocked, comfortable furniture and bed (super comfy king bed). Great location with grocery store, pharmacy and everything else you need with about 3 blocks. I have a lot of allergies, am very sensitive to dust, mold, etc and this home was perfect for me. Host is super helpful, good communicator and responsive. Thanks for the stay and would definitely stay again!

We had some confusion at the onset, but once we got in and settled, it's been smooth sailing. The kitchen is well stocked with various small appliances and lots of bakeware. The unit is very clean and located across the street from a shopping plaza, which is a very short walk. The street is quiet with some new construction down at the end.

This place is great. Very clean and has everything you need. My family stayed here for a weekend to attend a wedding. Location was awesome. Steps away from the grocery store etc. And a short drive to west Edmonton mall and downtown. We had a small hiccup checking in as the lock was not working. Cathy was available immediately and had her husband come and drop off a key. All in all - a great stay !

The home was well appointed, beautiful, on a quiet street and we loved having separate rooms for each of us.

The property is new and beautifully decorated. All the details have been looked after...full kitchen, fabulous beds and bedding. Centrally located and convenient!

Well appointed property is a nice neighborhood. Close enough to downtown and within walking distance to the tails along the river.

New house , very clean and good location for WEM. Construction out front was noisy and some disturbance with police at night. Probably not on going though, just that weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was in perfect order when we got there and it was beautiful! There was some construction on the road the property was located, but once that’s all finished, it will be perfect! It was awesome having a Safeway right around the corner. My husband and I found the beds a little hard, but that’s just preference. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed, renting this property.

This property was everything we hoped it would be. It looks brand new and it is. High end finishing throughout. Main floor office and upstairs laundry on the same level as the three bedrooms.

This home is perfect! Its in a great location right between downtown Edmonton and West Edmonton Mall. The home itself was comfortable - had a great design - comfortable furniture and very well equipped with everything you need. Its also super conveniently located right next to a Safeway and London drugs. For our family of 5 - it was fantastic and I would stay there again for sure!
