Great property and had a wonderful time. Only problem we had was the large gas grill needed cleaning. When we used it, it caught fire because of all the grease buildup below grate. We had to shut it down.

The house was clean and centrally located for all of our planned activities. There was plenty of space and beds got a group of 9. There were tons of activities to do at the house. The one downside was the loft area was a little hot for sleeping.

We had gathered friends and family from around the country to play some golf and attend the PGA Championship at Valhalla. The cabin was everything Mary said it was. It was clean and had enough beds and space for our party of 12. It was quiet, had plenty of pots, pans and glasses. Everything worked. The pool table was great. We recommend this property for a large group

Absolutely beautiful and very peaceful! Lots of room to accommodate family and friends! Could not have been a more perfect weekend!

We stayed at the cabin for a family gathering and had a fantastic time. Wonderful spot for a long weekend with plenty of activities for the kids in our group as well as the adults. Pool table and air hockey inside for the kids, and plenty of grounds to explore outside with hiking, fishing, and a fire pit. We had 7 adults and 5 children and the cabin was the perfect size for our group. Several bedrooms and also one big room with bunk beds that was great for the kids to stay together. Cabin was well stocked and had everything we needed for a long weekend. Good instructions and communication before our stay and when we arrived. We loved our weekend here and hope to do it again sometime soon! Thanks so much!

Check-in was seamless; everything was clean and well maintained; the host was easy to communicate with; I highly recommend this cabin!

Wonderful large cabin - plenty of seating for dining, space to move around, indoor and outdoor areas to enjoy, and activities for the family. 3 bedrooms with doors that close, pull-out beds and futons in every nook and cranny, and tons of room for roll-away beds. Not a lot of privacy, but I stayed with close family, so it wasn't a problem for us.

We stayed here for several days the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day for a family Christmas. We had 22 in our group and we were all very comfortable with lots of room to spread out! We enjoyed the pool table and games in the basement. The cabin was decked out for Christmas with a beautiful live tree. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed! There were also numerous board games to choose from. Some of us also enjoyed fishing in the pond and walking the trails. We made many happy memories here! Thank you!

We had the best family Christmas there!

Could not have had a more perfect place for our family to get together to celebrate retirement. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Spacious kitchen work area. Enough nice bathrooms. We could all gather for food and fellowship or spread out and relax. The teens and kids were contented as there were things for them to do. No problem sleeping everyone. Lovely, private setting. Very clean and well supplied. Communication with owner was efficient and pleasant. Would definitely consider staying again.

Chandler Ridge was the perfect place to stay for our group of 10 adults and nine kids aged 2 to 17. Our family get-together was around the first anniversary without our dad, and we wanted to make new memories with our mother around this otherwise sad season. It would have been their 50th so we took in the Ark Encounter as an excursion for that day. An amazing and wonderful experience! The owners went out of their way to decorate the home for the soon-coming Christmas season, which was unexpected and appreciated. The cabin was cozy with its fireplace, very clean and peaceful. There was plenty of room for sleeping everyone comfortably, and the three bathrooms were really nice, especially with all the kids we had. The only thing I wish I knew about was there were three rolls of toilet paper allotted to each bathroom. We ended up running out late at night. I'm sure this would have been fine for most people, but if I knew, I would have bought some with the number of kids we had in the cabin. The extras of the pool table, foosball, and air hockey, not to mention the space, made it fun for all the kids as well. We made great memories all because of this fine beautiful cabin. This was our second time staying at this home. We had a great time together with our family. The kids LOVED fishing in the pond, playing foosball, pool, air hockey. The home has everything you would need to make your stay comfortable and has been well-maintained. Hopefully, we will return again to make more fun memories.

We had a great time at and place for our 20+ family members to convene and celebrate early Thanksgiving. The kitchen had everything we needed. When issues did come up (normal stuff) communication was immediate and situations quickly and satisfactorily resolved.

This was a very short getaway for 3 couples who have been friends for decades. Every now and then, we get together for food, drinks and board games, but most especially laughs. Occasionally, like this one, we'll make it a destination visit. This was a great place to meet up, play dominoes and catch up with each other. We like feeling like we were out in the middle of nowhere amongst colorful fall foliage, yet be 20 minutes from town. We enjoyed our stay.

We looked for months for a place we could have our wedding, the reception, and stay a few nights and this location was perfect!!! Its got PLENTY of room, tons of board games, lots of tvs for kids, No wifi, but eberything else was close to perfect!!

This location was exactly as advertised, if not better. Great location off the road to give you privacy. We had 10 people staying for the bourbon trail and our tour company had no issues getting to the property. Overall great stay! Would love to visit again!

We joined other family members (17 of us) for a vacation together. The house was nice and clean but we had a few issues. The post listed to gas grills but there was only one. This hindered some of our meal planning & prep. I reached out to the owners but was told they hadn’t brought down the other grill. I was also informed the day we arrived that two of the beds in one of the bedrooms were busted by the previous guests. We were able to figure something out though. Someone previously posted the lack of comfortable seating and I agree. All in all it was a nice stay though. We really enjoyed checking out Frankfort.

We had a wonderful stay everyone loved the property and our only issue was limited phone service and no wi fi .

Description stated it slept 28, we had 18 and it was interesting to find room for everyone to sleep. No window curtains in any rooms (difficult to put children down for nap). All of yard is on a slope, nowhere for children to play. Many of the supplies need to be updated. (Towels, sinks in kitchen stained, dish rack broken) House keeper wasn’t done cleaning from previous renters upon arrival at 4pm.

We communicated with property manager ahead of time about our family (28 of us!) staying at the cabin, and hosting a dinner for 70 in the barn. They were so helpful and answered our questions quickly. There were beds and linens for all (4 bedrooms so lots of bunking up - and rollaways in the lower game room level) - and the property is lovely. The barn worked well for our dinner (round tables and chairs for seating and long tables for buffet are included) - and everyone had a nice time. Plenty of outdoor space to spread out. Property was a pretty 45 minute drive to Louisville where the wedding was held.

The location and house was great for a family get together. Offered seclusion and quiet, along with the amenities that provided a fun time for kids and adults.

Excellent place to stay. No wifi is only complaint

We all enjoyed this pastoral setting and the beautiful Kentucky countryside! We had 7 adults and 7 children. The kids enjoyed the yard and fire pit, the game tables downstairs, and the bunk room on the top floor. The master bedroom was roomy for one couple and a baby in pack'n play, but other adult accommodations were smaller and less comfy.

Awesome house. All my friends were very impressed. Would def stay here again if we’re ever back in bourbon country.

Good overall place. Does only have one master for adults. All other beds are full size. Other than that really nice accommodations. also only 20 mins to Buffalo Trace!
