The room had a jacuzzi tub.

Kind of sketchy location and I got the impression that the rooms were normally only booked for a couple of hours rather than the few days I stayed… if you know ow what I’m implying…

the staff is nice and the room was very confortable.

The hotel is located in front of a little park where there are many drug addicts. There is a note written on the door of the hotel saying that we should not let anyone come in the hotel (no drug addicts). We found a syringe just in front of the hotel and there was a man doing drugs just in front of the door of the hotel. The staff said that this was a common situation. The main problem is that there is an ongoing fentanyl crisis in Montréal and that the hotel is in front of a park with 10+ people doing drugs all day long (and during the night). Although the staff is nice and the room was good, the location is very problematic. Would not recommend this place for a woman alone and definitively not more than 1 or 2 nights if you have no choice.

The location was good, because it was near metro. The bathroom was clean.

We went there and had to wait 30-45 mins to get the key! The customer service was very poor. The room does not look like something in the pictures! Really did not worth. It is good only for 1 night!

Anything, there was smoking smell in entire hotel, no cleaning, beds were not good

great location right beside the metro. Was very cheap but you could kind of see why, but that’s what I wanted, just a cheap place to say, no bells and whistles.

The smell, no hot tub as described, the reception was in a crappy Hotel beside this one. Fire exit was not clear.
