The hotel is ideally located being about a 10 min walk from the main shops and seafront. The staff were very friendly and the hotel has real character.

It is an old hotel, so if you are expecting a modern hotel with lots of sockets in your room and good sound proofing between rooms this is not it. Also it is in need of repair and renovation in places. But having said all that for us this would still be our first choice if coming to Skegness as the lovely staff and a hotel with soul.

Very good every thing was satisfactory room staff just the car park was over flowing when we arrived but managed to get a space later

The curtains round the shower was not round the end of the bath so it spray over the end of the bath on to the bathroom floor

Good location breakfast was fine have stayed before so as expected

Showeroom to small unable to use sink without hitting your head on the mirror Despite asking for an early breakfast on the morning of checkout, we were in the restaurant for 8am and sat where we sat the previous day. A member of staff informed later arrivals that our side of the restaurant was closed due to the hotel having limited numbers. Despite apologising twice the attitude of said member of staff left a lot to be desired, indeed my wife did not finish her breakfast and we left. Had we been told, we would have sat the otherside. Shame to end the stay this way as all other members of staff were polite,friendly and most helpful!
