Friendly staff and interesting architecture

The breakfast was fantastic! Loved the variety. The lobby of the hotel is really stunning. We were lucky to get a free upgrade on our room, so we stayed in a deluxe King. The size of the room was really big which was great with a toddler in tow. The TV connected to our chromecast so that was a bonus. Good location, lots of nice little restaurants nearby and the mall was a short car drive away.

The room was not very clean - dusty surfaces, a moth and someone else's hair in the shower drain. The decor is very outdated. The food at the pavilion restaurant was nice but the portions were tiny so it didn't feel value for money and we ended up getting a pizza from outside the hotel.

Meine Frau (Thai) wurde beim ersten Eintreffen wie Personal behandelt... (vermutlich auch verwechselt) und nicht als Gast erkannt. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu klagen!

Super Früühstück und Zimmer

Wir haben 4 Tage verlängert und das war kein Problem nur war der Preis ziemlich teurer wie bei Booking.com und das hat uns an der Rezeption niemand gesagt.

Room was large and exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom was amazing, like something out of a classic Hollywood movie.

The exterior could use a minor freshening, but it was still lovely.

Very elegant. Staff and service was top notch. WiFi was good for a hotel. Location was excellent. For romantically inclined single men there were a few nice bars nearby with friendly girls. Breakfast was fabulous.

Swimming pool was under renovation. Because this was one of my main reasons for choosing this hotel I was extremely disappointed. A bit pricey for Khon Kaen.

Pullman is an older hotel but 5star all the way from check in till check out staff lovely polite and speak good English

It is Pullman! This was not my first time here since Sofitel Raja Orchid. The room was big. Strong wifi. Friendly staff. Many facilities. Plus, you got some discount for food and drinks at the hotel as a stayed customer

The swimming pool was closed during our stay.

Staff were so nice, very helpful and kind. Always smiling and willing to help and very accommodating.

The staff needs retraining in regards to customer support. Most of the time we felt they really did not care about us.

The room was excellent. Breakfast was very good.

It was a gorgeous hotel, but in general need a bit of a makeover. I was very impressed with the room, however, the carpets throughout the hotel needed to be replaced. Especially the carpet in the bar area. It was pretty much horrible. Lots of ugly stains and looked bad. Looks like it had not been cleaned in forever, and really, needed to be replaced. That was a bit of a disappointment. The pool area was not very good. Once again, needed a makeover. There appeared to be inadequate seating and those loungers that were available were pretty much in disarray. And had no tables for the chairs. But we really enjoyed staying there and will come back.
