breakfast is good, room is clean.

pool is too far away, not connected with the same building. pool open abit late @ 9am. Person incharge of the pool is not friendly. we saw a few visitors were drinking near the pool even though signages showed no food/drinks are allowed.

The location is a must, specially if you are in Chiang mai for the Loy krathong festival. 15min on foot from the river and from the center Comfortable bed, clean Free shuttle to the airport Friendly staff

This is has the amenities and comfort of a 3* hotel Low quality and variety breakfast Old hotel and rooms Bad price-quality ratio - too expensive for what it offers (even with inflation due to loy krathong festival)

we’re disappointed in how the Hotel has changed over the years with staff not dressed traditionally like they used to be, no breakfast and no Spa. despite that we always come back.

Had issue with AC during night and stuck door to bathroom. Were both fixed promptly and is first time had such issues.

Nice large room, enormous comfy bed. Bathroom good with walk-in shower and decent water pressure. Iron and board supplied efficiently upon request. Plenty of armchairs. Staff was friendly and available.

this looks like it used to be a good hotel but now there are no facilities apart from the pool they have closed the spa there is no availability for breakfast or room service I moved to another hotel after three days because the air conditioning made me I’ll every time I put it on it made me cough and it gave me a throat infection I had to take a course of antibiotics. it seems like no one ever services it I won’t be staying there again maybe you should send one of your people to look at the property before giving false reviews
