Hotel is very run down our rooms has not been cleaned in several weeks.

Nothing at all.
This hotel was terrible. There were substandard fittings in the rooms, wall has a hole in it. The toilet roll holder was hanging off the wall (Room 118) and when tried to lock the door at night the lock came off in my hand. My colleague was in Room 119 and bed was unclean, and there was some beasties crawling in the bed. This cost our company alot more than the rooms were being advertised at the hotel. (£55 per room) Being an Ibis hotel we expected this to be of a good standard however this was not so.

The room we booked said it would be a double bed but instead we got two single beds pushed together. There was no telephone in the room and our toilet was not working. The breakfast and food options are also very limited.

It had a roof.
The computer system was down when we arrived and we didn't receive a key until past 9. Discovered a soaked carpet, a damp weeping wall and fungus growing out the wall. The promised refund did not appear.

Special dietary requirements met without issues.
Food cooked to perfection and leave all items available until the last minute before removing the food.
People who can trust, especially Florin the GM, Steve the kitchen helper and Vandala the receptionist.All the other staff members are trustful and friendly.
Cleanliness at its best, nice environment, relaxing and value for money.
Ample free parking, central and easy to locate.

I preferred having a refrigerator in my room …. There should be an intercom set to enable communication with the receptionist

Very warm welcome at check in, breakfast very good with everything provided I could need. Very comfortable bed and bathroom seemed recently refurbished and very clean.
The water pressure wasn't great in the shower, which was a pity because the bathroom facilities were possibly better than expected.
