Parking!!!!! So narrow. Worried every day I was going to come out to a mark on my car. The tv and internet in the room were shocking. Kept disconnecting and ended up not being able to watch tv and use internet.

Staff were friendly upon our arrival and even upgraded our room for a view over the marina! Room was nice and clean, would recommend to friends/ family and will stay here again next time

Top location. Close to restaurants and easy walk to city. Comfy beds and great room facilities. Balcony.

Beds were comfortable

There was no hot water for three nights. With no ergency to rectify the problem. Air conditioning was leaking water on the floor, and we had to place a bowl down to catch the water. It's very noisy with renovations going on in surrounding buildings. Only one lift was operational for six out of our seven night stay. Lower level car parking has very tight car spaces and is not secured by gates. For the money spent, there are definitely better options available in Townsville
