the doonas on the beds were good. I hate it when motels just put sheets on beds. however, the pillows were hard.

Great location, fabulous staff, walk to shopping and eateries

A little noisy at night (road traffic and street party people nearby) however with all windows and doors closed you couldn't hear it

The suite had a funky smell.. there were no views. Some of the items in the room were if poor quality and not good value for the pricing charged

Reception were pleasant and facilities were very clean. Car park was secure.

The cardio equipment in the gym did not work which was very disappointing as we were hoping to sleep-in and exercise during the day (when it was too hot outside). The lighting in the BBQ area did not work therefore we had to call security to organise some lighting to eat our dinner. While it was understandable that the cleaning staff did not service rooms on the public holidays it would have been very useful to have extra washing liquid, laundry detergent etc. to use for the days that there was no service.

Everything was clean and tidy. Bed was great.

staff Kim was very rude . Tv was out of order in the room which was given , there were no internet signals in that room . I requested for outside room for better internet service as I was travelling for work but Kim refused and shouted at me for any change over by saying there is no availability but when I literally cried and asked for manager she started looking and found a room on outer road side of quest building,and she gave me that room with by saying that you will help urself I won’t move your stuff to other room . it was very stressful stay . this lady was not helpful at all and ruined my trip . Emma and Lowe were nice and well mannered receptionists .many thanks to both of them. I raised concerns with manager at check out .

Arrangement of lounge area was tight, coffee table way too big for room size.

Great location near Strand and supermarkets and restaurants. loved the self catering option with a good kitchen.
