Bed was uncomfortable, worn out. Room got too cold and noisy at night due to the aircon not being allowed to switch off at any time.

Great location and strand views. Convenient to cafes.

Taps in the shower leak and there was a strange noise during the night, presumably from the AC. Also asked for a waterview room and instead we had the carpark next door.

Stayed on the 3rd floor, a very comfortable and clean room. Perfect location!

One of the taps in the bathroom was noisy as you turned it on.

The air conditioner was not working. Spoke to reception, said the technician was working on it. Didn’t advise it would not be working the second night. It was very hot and uncomfortable. No explanation or option for discount or room change or refund. Very disappointing.

Close to Strand and Restaurants

Room above car park, sound and smell of vehicles all nights. Unfortunately, we forgot our key was left in our room, thinking we both had it. Right on 5pm, so we called the number, not know the staff member hadn't left, we were told a $50 free, to get someone there, but their female staff member had heard us and was on the premises at the time. At any time, did she try to assist us. New management needs to look at their services and improve on customer service

No hot water - in shower Water leaked from the bathroom area into the hallway creating a slip hazard. Eventually given another room night before departure Facility needs refurbishment

Room was comfortable and very quiet during day. Manager was very good in doing our requests. A bit noisy that night but was solved by next morning.
