The staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was clean.

The wifi did not work. There was limited security, I had a stranger try to access my room on the first night (I think they tried the wrong door). There was only a push button lock on my door, no chain or bolt. my room faced a vacant lot. For a single traveller I felt quiet insecure.

The view from the apartment was second to none overlooking Magnetic Island and the Strand. Location, close to eateries and shops, the caretaker was super helpful and friendly. Surprisingly the nights were lovely and quiet.

Initially the unit felt very dated, but we fell in love with the eclectic furniture and layout very quickly.

Really clean, very helpful staff, nice location on the Strand near restaurants, cafes, water park. Didn't skimp on the towels.

Older style motel, has everything you need, location was perfect , coffee shop was fantastic and always busy. Robyn goes above and beyond, called to see if we were still coming when we were running late and that we were ok.

Best location on the strand, quiet, clean,walking distance to Townsville’s best. The best place to stay yet the cheapest to pay. The only place I stay when in Townsville. Love their restaurant for breakfast.
