- قرب الموقع من الحرم حيث لا تستغرق سوى بضع دقائق للوصول - بشاشة جميع الموظفين وحسن تعاملهم وحرصهم على تقييمك للخدمات طوال مدة الاقامة -سرعة استجابتهم لطلب الخدمة طوال اليوم

جودة الطعام وقلة الأصناف كانت المشكلة الوحيدة التي واجهتها

نظيف والطلبات توفروها اول ب اول الاكل لذيذ لكن الغرفه مو نفس اللي حجزتها مسبقاً

جيتكم من قبل العصر ع 2 وعليها وانحلت المشكله بعد صلاة المغرب ما شاء الله عليكم بس وصلت ل الاستقبال ( تعطوني عرض ثاني ب لف ودوران بدال تقولون الصدق انه الجناح غير متوفر وانا حاجزه من شهر ) حلكم للمشكله بدائي يوم بغرفه ويوم بجناح ( وحجزي كلها ع يومين شالفايده ؟') انحلت المشكله بعد صلاة المغرب بتوفير الجناح اللي اخترته مسبقاً ولكن كنسلت الفكره لانه مارح يكون الجناح بمستوى النظافه المطلوبه وعلى عجل و ريحة اللي قبلنا موجوده و حتى ياخذ وقت لتكون مهيئه للاسف الشديد ما توقعت اوصل وتحبطون معنوياتي بالصدمه والاهمال

The exceptional services and warm reception accorded to me at the front desk was superb. I was received by a young man called Ammar Abdallah. He was very professional in his dealings and made me feel at home.

The check in time could be improved upon.

مكان قريب من الحرم تعامل وتعاون الموظفين وكامل طاقم الاوتيل بالاخص الاخت نور من طاقم الاستقبال نظافة المكان - رائحة جميلة الافطار رائع

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as a family with 2 kids (8&5yo). In front of the gate exactly opposite the Rawda (green dome) so you could cross the mosque from the inside and u find urself on the other side to go give your salam to our Prophet sas or visit the Rawda charifa. Womens prayer halls are right across the corner as well. Many stores, the mall and Bin Dawood are next door. Also The tour bus to make ziyarat is across the street and would definitely recommend it. The room was spacious and clean. We loved the vibes and style of the facilities and the interior perfume when you get in the Lobby is soo refreshing. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room service was also delicious but the portions were extra large so we recommend ordering one dish for 2. It's largely sufficient.

سرعة الدخول والخروج ، سرعة تلبية الطلبات المصاعد ممتازه اهم شي عند الحرم المصاعد نقطة مهمه جدا اشكرهم عليها واشكر جميع الطاقم والموظفين والأمن، رجال الأمن يقابلك بوجهه بشوش ويرحب بك رغم المتاعب عليهم واشكر الأخوات والأخت إيثار ، اشكركم على حسن الضيافه

Location, food and room was nt too bad

Someone stole stuff from our room I had 4 new tawbs. and my wife bought few clothes. Everything is missing

The Hotel is very comfortable and excellent location also the breakfast has varieties of food and very clean and healthy the size of the room was good and very organized I really enjoyed my stay

I prefer the room who has a Haram view or even partial view but I did not find and the hotel staff did not provided to me Also I did not find king bed room

What is not to like? When you are on 'Pilgrim' journey and you have a nice clean quite hotel, you can't expect more. Our room was 'Executieve Suite Room' which was vey spacious lots of natural lights (if we wanted just move the curtains). Hotel room was clean and cquite even the outside not just the hotel the quality of the guest that matters as well. Location was wonderfull just where we wanted it to be very close to Masjid Al Nawabi and food street and close by all the resturants you wanted even though it has wonderful resturant and cafes with favoulus viwe.

There is not much to say that we didn't like however pay at the property term make it lot easier.

Location is EXCELLENT...Staff is very good.

When I checked in a maintenance work was going on some floor which was very noisy. It kept on going untill I went downstairs to reception and complaint them to stop it. Breakfast need to be improved little bit more. Quality of some items need improvement. Room was quite good except mattress and pillows.... That need to be replaced with good quality....

had to sleep on the floor, as not bed provided for another guest no towels given currently having a chargeback case with my bank and trying to get money back lack of care and zero response, hotel doesnt care
