The location is great. Located in a quiet street very close to both Paddington and Lancaster Gate. Most attractions are a few stops away. Not many eateries around but the Flavours of India nearby was excellent. Staffs were quite helpful and always ready to assist.

The bed is too soft and the bedsheet seems dusty. The desk and chair also seemed dusty. It felt like the room has been vacant and they didn’t clean the room again before I check in.

Quiet area & good air-conditioning.

There are some noise when closing other rooms’ doors around your room. Even the bed board is shocked! Looks like the isolation is not perfect!

This hotel is ideally located for travel around London by train, underground or bus. It is in a safe, quiet neighbourhood, with restaurants and laundry facilities close by. The room was an excellent size with kitchenette and an excellent shower. The beds were extremely comfortable and the halls were quiet. Even the view was pleasant.

Conveniently located just 5 minute's walk from Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate station. Very close to Hyde park if people want to relax or go for a run.

The Wifi stopped working for the entire hotel on the second last day of our stay and we were without wifi for almost 2 days.

Great location. Felt like I was close to most of tourist attractions in London. Extremely clean rooms, and professional staff. No noise whatsoever. Also the lobby always smelled really nice.

Only complaint I have is that the sofa bed was uncomfortable.

The staff were accommodating and room was clean, with toiletries.

Perfect location. Room equipped with Kitchennette, great for making breakfast.

House keeping a bit messy, we found used pillow case on top of our luggage, dirty towel left by the toilet door, cups were washed but still with coffee stains.

The Staff! fantastic set of people, especially the gentlemen who made sure I was very comfortable and the ladies who always had warm smiles on their faces. they all paid attention to every request and were ready to provide all I needed to make my stay comfortable. I enjoy every single moment. I’m definitely coming back☺️

Super clean and just minutes from Paddington and Hyde Park. 30 minute stroll to Harrods.

Got a suite but one of the AC unit wasn’t working. The main unit was strong enough to cool the suite though.

A window was broken, lampshade broken and towel holder on back of door loose. Small things let it down when advertised as 4 star.
