El hotel es espectacular y enorme, las habitaciones son super amplias y cómodas además de preciosas, el baño es amplio a nosotros nos toco con bañera. La tv tienen acceso a 4 canales bastante basico, pero bueno no vas de vacaciones para ver la tele :) Nosotros pillamos alojamiento con desayuno, el desayuno es simplemente ESPECTACULAR va por carta (unas 8 opciones disponibles) además de un gran buffet con bolleria, charchuteria, varias proteinas, mucha fruta fresca, diferentes zumos, y cantidad de opciones de la cocina india, puedes pedir todo tipo de cafe directamente al camarero sin coste adiciona. El hotel esta a 7 min andando de la estación de Metro Victoria, y pasan varios autobuses por una de las vias principales perpendicular, a 10 min de Traffalgar Square esta a 12 min andando.

La verdad del hotel me gusto todo y repetiría, es ideal para ir en pareja o en familia, no pudimos disfrutar del spa que tenía una pinta estupenda porque no llevabamos bañador, Es caro pero vale la pena en relación con la calidad y el servicio

Sehr gutes indisches, durchschnittliches kontinentales Frühstück (a la carte und Buffet). Beschwerden über kaputte Badezimmerarmatur und zu weiche Matratze wurden prompt erledigt. Imposante Eingangshalle. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Unser Zimmer hatte Blindfenster (mit lichtdurchlässiger Folie) ohne Aussicht. In die Jahre gekommen (nur tw. renoviert). Von den 2 Aufzügen (viel zu wenig bei Vollauslastung) war einer kaputt.

The Taj Hotel in London is a hotel that makes you feel like it has a policy of assigning bad rooms first, even though it is a 4-star hotel with vacancies. It seems like they have an unfair policy of assigning old rooms first. Koreans are strongly advised not to book accommodations related to Indians. They are so natural in their behavior that they laugh in front of you and deceive you behind your back, making excuses without truth and trust. My first room was on the second floor, with old wooden furniture, narrow windows, a view of the wall of the building next door, constant loud mechanical noises, and a small bathroom with a plastic curtain that made the plastic curtain stick to my skin when I showered. I requested a high floor with a quiet view when I made the reservation, and I strongly requested this to the receptionist, but they said that my rate category would be the highest floor and that only rooms without a view would be available, and that if I wanted a better room, I would have to pay at least 70 pounds more per night. Since I had already paid 290 pounds per night, I just accepted it because the cost burden was too great. The next day, I found out that the building had old rooms and that there weren't many occupants and many empty rooms. The next morning, I got a call from the hotel manager asking if my room was okay. I've been traveling around many European hotels, but this was the first time I've received a call like this, and I realized that the hotel knew that the room wasn't okay. I went to the front desk and asked to change rooms, and they moved me to a new room in a new building with a window on the 4th floor.

The location was great. The room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom spacious. Breakfast was delicious.
