A holiday park in a great position. I liked the self-contained holiday unit for the size, facilities and comfort. It was really nice to have an equipped kitchen and lounge area to be able to cook, relax and watch tv together. A beautiful area; very green and scenic. We enjoyed the games room and the jumping pillow (though it was only up the first day of our three day stay). Great location for north-eastern suburbs. Would have liked to have stayed longer

Our unit was in an older unit. Some of the utensils/cookware needed an additional clean (a touch of oil residue).

I stayed at Crystal Brook a couple years ago for a hockey tournament at Greensborough, and we came back for the same thing this year because we knew the park would be neat and tidy and good value for money, and fit a large group. Also the check in system for after hours is very easy. The kids loved the game room, especially the ping pong.

We found it to be lovely and quiet at night with no road traffic noise. They have a good laundry facility which I really appreciate when travelling. There was a good camp kitchen and play area for anyone with kids as well as their dog play ground.

We found our cabin to be very old and run down. The carpet in the main bedroom was really bad and though the floors had been mopped before we arrived, they were still wet when we entered and not really clean.

Easy check-in, generous sized cabin with ample fit out to cook each night. The kangaroo jumping pad is fun for kids and adults alike, and the array of birds each morning captivated our two ye old. positioned straight across from a cafe and beautiful nursery, and importantly with kiddoes, another park.

Great facility and well maintained.

Where the microwave was placed is very low and not safe when having children and also not safe occupationally as we had to keep bending to heat up food. Can the microwave be placed in a higher position please, which tends to ve the case in all other places?
