The room and hotel definitely do not match the images on booking.com Very expensive for a cupboard in the ghetto No drinking water in the rooms. Id photocopied and keys have to be handed in every time you leave hotel to monitor who's in the building due to the area. Breakfast was vile!

Very helpful and friendly staff.

The building was a bit stuffy and smelly, especially in the corridors. I think maybe renovations were underway to improve this. Hopefully once the painting with I saw is done the carpet will get replaced.

Great place to stay. Everything was really clean and the staff were really lovely. Really good distance from the underground too, only a 10/15 min walk.

Mould in the bathroom, poor instructions given at check in.

Room was horrible. Smelt of mould and damp. Could see from the top of the stairs where mould had been painted over and was now coming back. The bed bases were bare and absolutely filthy. (although linen on the mattress and the duvet were clean) No wardrobe - not even a chair to hang clothes on. Toilet had what looked like cigarette butts floating in it. No fresh toilet roll provided. Was only staying for one night and had no alternative so didn’t bother complaining.

- the Spanish lad was polite and helpful - was lucky to get a space in the car park for the time there (£10/day) - decent bed for a night sleep - plenty of coffee/tea/milk for the room - no noise from outside (but plenty from other rooms) - some good takeaways around - an upgrade from a hostel in terms of not sharing room/bathroom however would not return

- the room from the pics not matched reality, layout not made sense in terms of: could not open wardrobe door due to bed, fridge next to bed making on and off noises, no lamp/bedside table - cleanliness poor: hair remaining from a shave on the bathroom wall, all kind of marks on the sheets - no water pressure and the drainage awfully slow - smell of cigarettes (most likely other hosts do actually smoke in the rooms) - the bathroom rug/towel with holes in it (unsure why even put out for use) - the cash/card issue: was allowed to pay with card at reception for a bottle of water one night and the night after being told off by another gent that is not correct and showed me something scribbled on a paper in pen - the entire key/buzz system: if you leave for the day you have to leave the key and in the evening/night entrance is on a buzz (nevermind waiting outside for someone to pick up...) making the experience a nervous and anxious one, making it obvious is an unsafe area

Noise from adjacent room woke us on first night. After that traffic noise

I was here for three days, the location was perfect and the room was great. All cleaned, well presented, with kettle, coffee and tea bags. The breakfast was brilliant, and on my opinion all the staff were very nice and warm. I will book again with them, and 100% will recommend to friends and family.

Restaurant and breakfast were clean and well presented. Breakfast choice was good. 24hr reception was good. Room was warm and had a good shower.

Toilet was right next to radiator making it hard to use. Room itself could have done with a good clean. Cup was not clean and had coffee runs on it. Bed was right by window making it draughty and noisy. One very flat pillow each. Light pull absolutely caked in dust and chewing gum. TV didn't work. Not really impressed given the price.

The room was very well clean, its in a good location for public transportation. The staff was very nice.

The beds are a bit too soft, for me that was something bad. Might not be for other people.
