Noisy at night … Can hear loud noise from neighbouring rooms.

I liked the room.

They could have done a better job of knowing which amenities were available. I called the hotel before I arrived and asked them if the steam room was working. They said it was. But when I went to use the steam room, I was told it had been out of order for the last few days. Then I ordered some food but the found the security man yelling at the delivery man about not entering the hotel. Then the security man started yelling at me when I went to pay the delivery man. He then did this again when my taxi pulled up to take me away from this awful place.

Room is super clean, swimming pool is nice, too. Bed is cozy, room size is big.

Gym was under renovation during my stay, therefore, could not use. Swimming pool (25 m) is nice.

the quality of the hotel is typical of the Hyatt range.

made to feel like second class guests. we had pre booked our dog in but we’re then asked to use the service lifts. I did not expect this and found it insulting to our dog and us. our dog is a 12 year old working cocker spaniel, she is not interested in other people so would not approach other guests. We were asked to wait for a staff member to use the service elevator but after 10 mins lost our patience. we were then told to use the service elevator without accompanying staff but were challenged by members of staff. that was not expected and annoying.

The hotel was kept clean at all times and the staff was very helpful.

The daily breakfast was mostly the same and very few options for vegetarians

Staff was lovely, polite, helping. Service was good, room was amazing, clean, comfortable, quiet. Room service was good and fast too even late at night.

Localisation is a bit far from everything but it was a choice from me. Swimming pool could open later than 9pm especially when it's that hot weather.
