It's a nice hotel for a short stay. Comfortable and with a pool. Beautiful places that give some life to the inner yard, together with the sound of the pool cascade.

Perhaps the surroundings, right by the road and the sound of some machine that was audible from the room.

The young male at the main desk was very professional and prepared helpful above all things

We were only there for one night all was good

Room had great facilities. There was an Iron available! Hot water, windows had blinds. great for jet lagged travellers. There was a pool (we didn't use), bottled water was available.

Breakfast was very poor in general. Staff were not that friendly but obviously did not leave you with questions.

The hotel as good standards. It‘s easy to get there by car and you can find a spot for your car. The surroundings are busy, our room wasn’t noisy though. Friendly and helpful staff.

Some light fixtures didn’t work. The TV is outdated. It’s not a good spot for a walk from the hotel.

room for 4 only came with two towels and two bottles of water, and on that note no free filtered water. gym room was boiling.

The room itself was big and comfortable. Slightly aged installations. We only stayed one night so it was great for us and the noon check-out was perfect! Good wifi connection

Installations a bit aged. The gym is in very poor condition and when requested to open it I was told someone would open it for me but never did

The restaurant food was good and the location was served us for the few nights we were there on a stop over.

There was one staff member who was great and the rest seemed annoyed we were limited with our Spanish. The phone in the room didn’t work (and the airline lost my luggage so I was needing to make calls but no one would come look at it, let alone fix it. So I had to keep going to the front desk to call the airport, airline etc.). Also, to note the pool area does not get any sun.

it was quite clean, there were soaps, shampoos and lotions for free, fridge included. There was a swimming pool and gym but we didn’t try it.

Room 306 very noisy because of a ventilation outside, we couldn’t sleep. The fridge was also noisy, we had to switch it off…first night also no hot water. There were locked doors in the room, connecting us with the room next door, we heard every single word like we live together with the ppl there. I didn’t understand why we couldn’t have these two rooms, our group of 5 was separated to two floors. The accommodation was quite old, but clean.

the bed is big and the room is big , the location is ok.

1.They have a strange rule that is not on booking.com and you got surprised by the rule when you check in and already paid so you are kindda trapped as you cant cancel , that rule is you cant have guest in ur room before you pay more than 300 peso and your guest should be registred ! 2. They dont have hot water always either warm water or cold water. 3.There is a door between you room and the room next to you so you could expect someone knocking asking you to keep be quite if you were watching TV or talking !!! and booking.com is gonna be my last option to book as your helpdesk sucks .

VERY LOUD noise from room next to us (#320 I believe) starting from 4:20 am until we left at 5:30 am. also we got only 2 towels even though we clearly said we’re a party of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and we arrived late just to shower and sleep before our early morning flight so we didn’t have time to go downstairs and ask for more towels. very disappointing.

Location, staff, all good and flexible, and called taxi to airport for 450 pesos, that is fair vs. unfair airport taxis

Only issue the shower flooded but they immediately sent maintenance and fixed it

For a one night stay due to flight cancellation it was perfect for the price. It had comfortable beds and was clean - didn’t need anything else.

It is 30 mins from the airport and if you are looking for a vacation stay then not the prettiest with many amenities.

Simple hotel with basic facilities. Nice decor. Strategically located close to a mall.

There was a strong smell in the washroom. The safe was not working.
