Las habitaciones tienen vista al mar, son espaciosas y tienen muy lindos detalles. Cuando llegamos a la habitación había chocolates, pantuflas y hasta un bolsa de tela para la playa. Los restaurantes son muy buenos, la atención del personal excelente.

Concurrí al consultorio medico para tomarme la presión, solo eso y resulta que me cobraron 500 $ mexicanos 😳 no fue una consulta y me lo cobraron como si lo fuera. Nunca me paso una cosa así, menos en un hotel de esta categoría, viajo muchísimo, inclusive estuve en resorts de menor categoría y jamas me cobraron por tomarme la presión. Si lo hubiese sabido antes, cruzaba a la farmacia que esta frente al hotel y compraba el aparato para tomar la presión que era mas barato. En lo que se refiere a las instalaciones, me hubiera gustado que tuvieran Jacuzzis con agua templada.

Buena playa, ubicación y servicio, el personal muy atento y servicial

Faltan sombrillas en la playa, la cafetería para desayunar tiene filas largas y demoran en ubicarte en la mesa aunque haya desocupadas.

Very old, the hotel is very outdated. There wasn’t enough food options for lunch. The kids are was only for three and up

酒店虽然有年份了，但是卫生方面真的很好！ 各种服务也很到位，餐厅服务员收盘子也很快！

酒店晚餐的餐厅基本上都要预定，而且我们来的时候刚好是旺季也没提前预定餐厅基本上好的餐厅都要walk in碰运气！这对就住几天的客人来说不是很好，而且午餐餐食很单一。

It was amazing. Property is very good and super clean. My kid loved the kids zone just notice that it’s more like a daycare families are allowed only 1 hr in the day and if they are doing an event also only +6 yrs kids but my kid absolutely had a blast in it. The staff is super friendly. The beach is amazinggggg the food had great selection - Steakhouse is Insanely delicious food - everything was great

The tap for the bathroom tub is very outdated. It’s design is absurd and it was broken after trying to close it fully as it was dripping a little amount of water.

Ceaser who works in the buffet was an amazing server every day. The rest of the crew was too.

The restaurants book up quickly but I do like the waitlist as they accommodated us every night somehow even if later than we liked

beach is very beautiful, the sky and ocean are so pretty, and we're offered the top view. The view was amazing, and unlimited drinks and food are nice.

food aren't many choices, the french restaurant need an extra 50 usd per person and was not verry great. I wish there're more choices for the food.

Exceptional views and the service was the absolute best. This will be my go to location when visiting Cancun.

All things were on point. There was nothing that we didn't like.

Location & amenities!

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is an extremely nice resort. Facilities are good. Property is beautiful. Lots of unique pools with swim up bars. Ocean front beach is fantastic with great swimming. Staff is extremely pleasant and more than helpful. Location is great, especially if you are looking for a little night life (Coco Bongo is not even 2 blocks away. Suggest you try it once, but don't go the cheap route). Food is fine. Had an Ocean Front Suite (East Wing is closer to the water and a bit quieter) and could not get much closer to the water. This is a very enjoyable property.

For Couples... Couples travel really for 1 of 3 reasons. They have no kids, their kids are grown and they are out to enjoy life OR they are trying to get away from the ones they have. That being said, the Coral Beach location is becoming a bit of a tropical Chuck E. Cheese. LOTS of children, unchecked children. Yelling, screaming, crying, tearing around the resort and commandeering the pools. Screaming babies and kids in the "nicer" restaurants during dinner. That probably speaks more to state of poor modern parenting than to the Coral Beach, nevertheless it is the reality. Hopefully one day they will create at least a small area of the resort where adults can relax and kids can't go, because it hits the mark on everything else.

Fantastic staff team! Ever since you come in to the Hotel everyone is so friendly and kind. Our stay was awesome, food, amenities and activities are exceptional!

I would like for them to have better transportation system from Airport to hotel.

The resort provides very good live music in the lobby lounge four nights each week. As always, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The Vina del Mar restaurant is always excellent; during the day, Alejandro keeps it running like a swiss watch, and he is always friendly and attentive.

in 2021 we "discovered" the Isla Contoy restaurant, which we liked immediately. However, in our May 2023 visit, we ate there three times. I ordered pork, beef, and fish; the pork was too fatty, the beef was tough, and the fish was very plain and tasteless. Too bad; I hope this was a temporary condition.
