Olor a húmedo, un poco viejo

L'hôtel est bien situé dans le centre de Cancún, à moins de 15 minutes du terminal de bus. La piscine est très grande et avec plusieurs niveaux de profondeur, et même un bar en bord de piscine. Enfin le petit déjeuner est un buffet varié, il y en a pour tous les goûts.

La chambre et la salle de bain n'étaient pas très propres, il y avait des toiles d'araignée au plafond et de la poussière à certains endroits. La salle de bain sentait l'humidité et l'eau courante avait une odeur bizarre, tout comme le savon liquide qui est à disposition.

Very clean rooms and very spacious. Nice that’s it’s just outside of the hotel zone and only 12min it’s to the beach and main town cancun. Uber is easy and cheaper to use !!! Also the ferry to Isla mujere is only 5 min drive from the hotel, definitely a must. Stuff were friendly specially the main service last during the breakfast period

The dinner menu Food was over priced and not very nice, the breakfast was wonderful but the dinner I wouldn’t suggest.

El desayuno es espectacular y todo el personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas.

Réservation pour passer la nuit avant de partir faire un tour du Yucatan. Chambre OK, petit déjeuner OK, piscine top au petit matin sans personne ! Ça a bien fait le job.

Buenas instalaciones, aseo, comodidad, central, amabilidad del personal, sitio para descansar y tener tranquilidad.

Algunas veces olor a cañería.

Water from shower was not going away that quickly. But sometimes it worked just fine.

The pictures are reliable. The staff is very nice and it is central. It is very nice. Great value for money.

It would have been fantastic to have a Hotel shuttle from the airport because when you land in Cancun the taxis are an absolute scam. They wanted to charge us 100usd for a 20 minute ride. We stood there at 11pm with only one option (mafia) and when we started to negotiate other people from the same company started to come closer to put pressure on us to accept the official price. We were ready to rent a car which costs that for four days and at the end they lowered the price at 50usd. Bottom line: please pick up your guests at the airport.

Nice facilites. Pool was nice plus the breakfast was good too.

Excellent Hotel. Very clean with very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast is excellent also providing dinner buffet for 300 pesos per person. Swimming pool area is stunning with bar and cocktails in reasonable price. Location couldn't be better with walk distance to most Downtown attractions.

Great option if you’re just spending the night in Cancun. Clean and confortable. Lovely breakfast!

had to change the room entry cards every day, they didn’t function properly. please consider upgrading the room locking system

Buffet breakfast had a good range of food, the gym was good, staff friendly and efficient, located within walking distance of the bus station and good restaurants

The room was a bit bare, the bed linen and pillows were not very comfortable.

A calm and tranquil place smoothly run by friendly staff. Perfect for a first night in Mexico to recuperate after a long flight. Near ADO station. Very pleasant pool environment.
