豪華な朝食は本ホテルの楽しみの１つだと思います。宿泊する人は必ず朝食を入れましょう。エントランスとロビーは豪華で圧倒されます。

ホテルはかなり目立つ大きな建屋なので直ぐに見つけることができますが、大きすぎて最初入り口がどこにあるのか迷いました。

Il minibar era rovente. La piscina era stata dichiarata chiusa per lavori dal 13 al 14, ma noi l’11 l’abbiamo trovata chiusa senza avercelo comunicato. Alternativa piscina al coperto a pagamento. L’albergo non è sotto di ATM interno e non effettua il cambio valuta è la prima volta che mi succede in Cina. Risultato: ci hanno lasciato senza soldi e non sono riusciti a indicarci una banca nelle vicinanze, servizio pessimo, non degno di un 5 stelle. Colazione media, come medio è in generale il servizio offerto dall’hotel. A mio parere un buon 4 stelle.

FOOD!!! Despite sharing our meal preferences, there was no or almost negligible vegan/vegetarian food. It was quite disappointing considering the stays we have made in Sheraton in the past.

I didn’t take breakfast , but dine in was lacking international dishes , also the restaurant doesn’t take ( Halal ) food into consideration

Gotta say the best about the place are the employees, first, they know English well, which makes it the best place to stay for foreigners. Second, there was a typhoon (Saola) that almost hit Shenzhen during my stay, the staff got me into a room in a corner that was protected from heavy wind, which made my stay much safer during such an Event, so kudos for that! The breakfast was excellent. The room had a good bed, and the shower was good.

The room I stayed in initially (1525) had some creepy art frames within it, where the eyes of the art follow you. Also, the electric system had some failures on the last day, making one of the lamps burn suddenly. This forced me to ask to move to another room (2025), which was great and had better art frames and a more stable electric system.

Slightly pricy.

The room was very big and comfortable, and enough room for 3 people to sleep. We got a free extra bed upon request, courtesy to the hotel staff. The gym, pool, club facilities were great. I liked the buffet breakfast too.

Just that with booking. Com reservations, you cannot get marriott bonvoy points. Next time I would book on the marriott website.

Breakfast has lots of varieties but not that tasty. Location is excellent and very convenient.

Very good breakfast, executive floor food / drinks, clean room and nice shower area, location is excellent. Staff and service in front desk when check in and out very good and polite. Gym is good even no time to use it.

Negative things were air condition inlet cleanness especially in executive floor, there is clear mold on it. I mentioned this to floor staff. Cleaning of tables in executive room was slow and I had to move used dishes elsewhere because table was full already. Looks not enough staff looking at least in back side room, many tables very full of used dishes. Bed in room is a bit hard but normal in Asia...Pool could be opened earlier than 1st May.

they refund to change usd and euro to rmb whereas all over the world hotels change money, I had nearly no money and bank refused to change the money. this is totally not acceptable. such hotels should be downgraded to below one star
