Food quality has gone down since the last time I visited, especially the bakery products

location is not good , it’s too inside and roads are not comfortable

very homely and well maintained. polite staff. location is good in the sense that it is away from the hustle and bustle of the city but the roads upto the resort are really tumultuous.

it is HUGE so getting around is a bit difficult and the carts take forever to arrive

I m regular customer (last 3 years) ,frequently visit 3 times per month ,last year i spent 15 lakh in thus resort ,but this time staff in front office name shruti behave so rude n she misbehave .bad behaviour by front office staff name shruti

The breakfast was very nice. The staff is extremely polite and nice. Faced no problem.

The value for money, would have appreciated a better deal.

This is an interesting place to stay. It's not so great for business travelers, but I can see it being a fun place to be with a partner as a getaway.

Should have looked more closely at the time of booking, but the completely standalone suites made it awkward to have our business conversations in the evening. Not a criticism of the property exactly, but not ideal for business travel.

1. Staff attitude and behaviour was soft each time. 2. Overall available area and no of facilities 3. Staff at mini zoo is very generous and good.

1. Management of overall property - buggy cart were not really planned and I hv given better idea to reception duty manager to reshuffle them as per specific facility / or increase in nos. - in short trip of 2 day weekend, almost first day is wasted to explore the resort as all activities are scattered and not well planned on map as well , nobody properly explained it as well. Location are also not well marked to locate by self. - morning breakfast restaurant is too small to handle weekend rush, not a good treat. Overall as per the brand and pricing it doesn't meet the expectations .

the property is huge with villas, rooms extra. Extra Curricular Activities :- this place is the dreamland for kids the property have lot of activities to keep your kid engaging and enjoying. The cool zoo where they can make a rabbit eat a carrot, do horseriding, involved in activities like art craft playing enjoy with toys in the kids room. However, we can run around in the lush green property play football, basketball, badminton etc. You can also take CYCLE to paddle around the property. Difficult to unnoticed Swimming Pool. My kids was happy to see Imo Bird cutting his way every now and then.
