We were checked in efficiently and politely by Raul. We appreciated that the room was ready early and that the staff offered to let us in The rules were explained. Raul came with us to the room to be sure everything was okay and that we could find it. The 2 br suite was updated and had all that we needed. We appreciated the coffee and the bottled water. We love the restaurant next door-- Mayan beach club- where we were well taken care of by Cesar for the two days we were there. Good food and drinks.

The beach was amazing! The location was walking distance to amazing restaurants. The reception and cleaning g staff were excellent. Would definitely go back and stay here.

We loved the location of this place. Beachfront with access to lounge chairs and a very close walk to many restaurants. The room was a perfect size for the two of us and the kitchen had everything we needed for a week stay. The housekeeping every day was amazing.every staff member we met were very friendly. Highly recommend this location.

The noise on the weekend was very loud because of neighbors (not the fault of this place) on Saturday night we could here club music until 2am. The bathroom was also a little uncomfortable because the size and how wet it would get after each shower.

Beautiful hotel on the beach front close to shops restaurants and bars. Great rooms with everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Really nice and friendly staff. Fantastic pool and outdoor area with the most beautiful beaches

Great location, staff friendly and helpful

Our shower was very weak. It could do with a tv in bedroom. Noise from all the boats trying to out do each other in the afternoons plus music from different bars doing the same. Became unbearable some days. I like music but when it’s just a mush mash of sound it wasn’t good and spoilt some afternoons where we left earlier than we normally would

Location was ideal, staff approachable and all around great service.

Overall, an overpriced experience. Service was just OK, people were generally not very happy to help, expect for restaurant staff that expected high tips on overpriced standard food.
