bed was comfortable! it was a cute little room right on the heart of the shopping and restaurant area.

the only downside is that is pretty loud, since you are staying in such a busy street if get very loud and probably hard to sleep for some. I was pretty tired so I sleep just fine but my husband didn’t and my family that was staying in the same hotel but different room, they told me they had to use earplugs to sleep. other than that is a very cute hotel with a delicious restaurant in the first floor.

Location! And the room was lovely. Very quiet even thou we were right on the street with our room.

The narrow stairs. Putting a 70 year old woman with major hip arthritis on the 3rd floor after I messaged them asking them to please have her on the 2nd floor. For this reason alone we won't be back.

It was inside a restaurant. If I knew I was staying inside of a restaurant I wouldn’t have booked the this so called hotel. Didn’t get quiet till midnight, then cleaning crew after, then prep staff at 6-7 am. TV was broken as well

The hotel is in a very good location.

Although a good location, the actual location of the hotel differs from the one shown on booking. The one shown on booking is much closer to the sea, and it's misleading. The room was small and it had three beds - which took extra space (the room was for two people). The water pressure in the shower was reaallyyy low, it took ages to take a shower.

not really staffed, and the restaurant staff that fill in for an absent front desk person don’t really know hotel matters (eg where to find an extra blanket, beach towels, whether your reservation included breakfast or not)

Location, in the nothern part of the island, so close to everything you will need as a tourist (minimarket, souvenirs shops, pharmacies, ferry terminal, taxi office, restaurants...). Nothern beach is a 10 minute walk away.

Slow internet (sometimes it just don't work for some minutes), if you need it for work for example, be really patient and don't be too crazy with needs that use a lot of bandwith.

I loved the location it was perfect.

There was not hot water, room service, telephone or mini fridge. The hotel is super cute but needs a lot of TLC and upgrades. It's stuck in the 70's.. The key to room was super hard to open each and ever time.

the WiFi didn’t work at all and when I asked the receptionist if he could check the WiFi or try fix it he was very rude and just said no there’s nothing to do about it it just doesn’t work. I asked him if he could call the company or try reboot it and he just laughed in my face and told me no again.

Stronger wifi is needed and maybe a power bar for extra plugs inside the room. I think if they added more wifi boosters on each floor which would be relatively inexpensive the connection would be incredible.

How the staff responded to my request to increase the water flow to the toilet. I think the water is set to conserve water, and when I asked the lady at the front desk if the water filling the toilet can be increased, it was done! But I want to make clear, here in the U.S. when I lived in apartments that conserve water to the toilets and washing machines, I always asked management to increase the water pressure, and increase the water level in the toilet.

That I had to leave.

We were given a huge room with a great view. Nice food in the restaurant.

staff was indifferent at best, WiFi was worse than usual in Mexico, shower was really bad(try some CLR to clean up that miserable shower head, when I book this room it said breakfast was included but that did not happen

Very very noisy! Loud music every night until 12-1am. No way to make a tea or coffee in the room. Narrow steep stairs to rooms and no lift would be ok if you are travelling light but difficult if you have heavy large suitcases.
