Loved the location and music played on the beach. The food is fantastic. Housekeeping was A+++. Thank you, Abigail and anyone else who kept our room spotless! It seemed to be freshened during the day and floors kept sand-free! A/C was freezing cold which I appreciated. Lots of storage room. Bottles of water in the room were great as well. View!

Bed hard, no coffeemaker (didn't ask for one). No beach towels or washcloths.

Location amazing, cleanness and staff fantastic, Mgr. immediately took care of a broken lock, also allowed early check in since they had a room available. Most places make you wait for check in time. This is my 2nd stay and look forward to my 3rd.

Beach chairs and umbrellas get put away to early in the day. Suggestion, be nice to have a coffee maker or kettle to heat water for tea.

Location is No.1, just 10 min. walking distance from the ferry terminal (turn left and walk to the end of the main road). Property should be definitely rated ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Just two weeks before we travelled someone wrote a comment about the mould on the walls and I can confirm that the mould has been removed within that two weeks before our arrival. Our room on the third floor (second in the UK) was very clean with a working fridge and good water pressure, fresh with no stain bed sets, daily cleaning services and beautifullllll view on the sea. There is also a shower located next to the stairs at the hotel, so you can easily clean your feet from the sand before you enter your room. And last thing I would like to mention, this place is not that laud I some visitors described it. I brought my ear plugs with me and I have never used them during my stay. All daily tourists are gone from the island after 6pm. Sunbeds are also available all day for hotel visitors at any time of the day.

REMOVE THIS HOTEL FROM BOOKING.COM BLACK MOULD IN ALL 3 ROOMS AVOID!!!!!!Arrived at the hotel yesterday and was taken to a different room than what we had booked (much older decor than photographed) asked to go back to room we had booked discovered black mould all over bathroom ceiling. My partner went to go and ask to pay for an upgrade as he didn’t want to stay in the room however I discovered I had already been charged £68 for the room in the first place. We got moved to a different room and this time the lower walls are completely covered in black mould next to the bed. Being somewhere who suffers with asthma this is very concerning, I explained this to Joanna who I believe is the manager and advised that we were happy to pay for the night we stayed but could we please be refunded as we need to move for health reasons. She was extremely hostile and rude and not helpful at all- she said she has never received any mention of mould before so is suprised. I invited her to come and check the rooms herself and she advised she understands that is there but they don’t do refunds. We have now had to pay £700 to move to a different hotel just to avoid being ill. Even door handles to enter the rooms are mouldy. We have gone through booking.com and the woman Joanna has lied and advised we refused the second room offered - as you can see from pictures below the mould was even worst in second room as it was right next to the bed!!! Please avoid if you don’t want to ruin your holiday!!!!!

Great beach location, comfortable bed, great shower.

Window coverings were all or nothing. Couldn't catch a view without exposing your whole room. Top down shades would be good, or regular drapes. Plenty of room to add a small table to sit at, which would help the room comfort a lot.

The location was fabulous, steps from the popular Playa Norte. Giant sliding glass wall was an unexpected bonus, we sat in our room and enjoyed the breeze and the sunset. The room was spacious and spotless.

I missed having an in-room coffee pot or water boiler, certainly not a necessity, it's just nice not to have to go out first thing in the morning.

Hotel is 10 steps onto the beach, short walk to the main shopping & Dinning streets. Fast cooling AC & fan easy to use with remote. Spatious room. updated bathroom with great shower pressure. great floor to ceiling sliding glass door opens up in seconds, view from room is great. large TV loaded with all media needed to relax.

beachfront is small and chairs are cramped close together with other companies chairs for rent in same small area. the immediate space outside room is run down and not maintained it is a restaurant/bar. its a converted apartment building so no lobby or reception attached. you check in by the bar. full size beds with flat pillows are very uncomfortable. large concrete remnants from the old pier are right outside the building, not a deal breaker but also not my favorite part of the beach.

The room had a coffee maker - but no coffee. At that price point that should have been included. Also no beach towels - thankfully we has brought two.

walked out of our room on the ground floor, and we were stepping on the sand, a few more steps, and we were in the clear blue ocean. Location was close to the main strip where all the shops, restaurants, bands were. rooms were spotless. If there was anything you needed the front desk made it happen! Absolutely, no complaints here! Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.🥰

A little construction going on around us. A little loud during an afternoon nap. Bed was a little hard but we asked for a topper and they put it on our bed within a half of an hour.🥰

location was amazing! loved the sliders and access to umbrellas and chairs on the beach. I also liked there was a bar available with food for munchies.

i didn’t like having a physical Key to enter the room. one night I locked myself out of room and could not find any staff to unlock the room. Everything was closed down, lights out and locked. Had I not had friends staying at Nautibeach I would have been forced to sleep outside. I ended up sleeping the night with one of my friends at Nautibeach Hotel next door until I could get into my room the next morning and I was not pleased at all. The staff mentioned there was supposedly a staff member who stayed in one of the rooms overnight I could have knocked on their door but I was not given any paperwork advising me of this nor did the staff at check in advise me of this. the room he pointed out looked like a generic hotel room with no sign and the phone number I tried calling the night I was locked out was an answering machine in Spanish that would not put me through to anyone. It was extremely frustrating and they just kind of shrugged it off. I also had cold water for the first 3 days of my stay and I adjusted the knob all different directions to no avail. finally the fourth day I was able to have a hot shower.

One staff changed prices of items and some added Charges to the bill.

Could include a full size mirror and a couple chairs in the room.

Perfect location right down to the beautiful playa Norte beach. Large beautiful rooms. The cleaning staff were really nice and friendly. made towel animals and blew up balloons for our kids. All in all a good place if it wasn't for the rude reception staff.

The woman behind the counter overcharged us $100 for our stay and ended up screwing us when we checked out. She used the f word and yelled at us, right in front of our kids. If you have a problem, avoid her and check what you have to pay. Have traveled extensively all over the world but have never ever experienced behavior like this. Nice place, but such an experience does not belong anywhere! practice

The sheets were very uncomfortable. Like, the stiffest, roughest sheets I’ve ever slept on.
