Only a little noise from the bar near our window. We we were on the upper floor on the corner of the pool. I did not mind as I had headphones and on Friday night they were done by 10, but Saturday night started later and went later but really a great hotel and the location was awesome

Excelent hotel for the price. A little outdated but everything very clean and very comfortable.

Cute little hotel close to the ferry, very handy, and very close to the heart of all the restaurants and beaches Playa Norte of course and surrounding beaches. Close to convenience stores the Super Aki supermarket, pharmacy, coffee and breakfast restaurants, everything really. Most perfect location, would most definitely stay here again. When we were here they were doing minor renovations, didn't affect us, but did improve the look of the outside. We were upgraded to a room with a kitchenette, microwave, small fridge and toaster, because of the renovations and was perfect as we used the fridge and toaster oven everyday. Air-conditioning worked, fan worked and tv worked, never used the small pool, but did use the eating area right outside our room everyday for breakfast, we were on the ground floor, while listening to the rooster next door doing its thing and being visited by a resident iguana.

Didn't dislike anything, but this is an old hotel, local Mexican style, so keep this in mind. For a 2 to 3 star hotel, this is a must try. If you walk to the rooftop, you can see a 360 degree view of your surroundings... beaches, walking distance from the hotel.

There was a kitchen in this property, but it was missing things you'd expect in a kitchen, like a gas plate, dish cleaning measures, etc'. Also, we had a long water break, which was apparently in the entire island, but still, it caused some discomfort. The shower didn't work very well and was somewhat dirty.

24 hour front desk woman was wonderful! Very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Courtyard well kept, clean, quiet while centally located. Room was large and clean. My air conditioner was dripping. Owner was there immediately to fix it. They work very hard to maintain a high standard.

The staff is very kind! Cassandra is always willing to help and looking for options to help the guests feel at home! Good location, close to the beach, a bit loud during the day but perfectly quiet in the evening!

Frigo in the room. Clean room and bed linen. Hot water.

Very narrow bed for 2 persons. No window, only glassdoor on the room.

The location of the accommodation is really central and it was very clean.

There is no space to dry towels and clothes in the room and at the same time it is not allowed to hang the stuff somewhere outside to dry.

Cassandra was so nice- place is quiet- clean. Pool is kind of cold and a bit worn down but for us it was fine to chill at the side and have a drink! Overall very fine place with nice people!!
