The only thing this place as going for it is that it is on the beach. That's it. And that isnt even that great. And the bed isn't bad and there is hot water.

Nothing went well, unless you want to be amongst throngs of people. Loud music everywhere, EVERYWHERE, even when you are in the water. As when you are in the water- there are dozens of tourist catarmans with mounds of tourist jumping in the water and every single boat is playing different music. Your lounge chair is 1 foot away from the next traveler on the beach. It is a touristy, abrasive place. No accommodations like snokeling, kayaking. I was in room 109. Towel Bar was loose, toilet paper holder came off the wall, doors are chipped, Rods for the room darkening shades were bent or missing. Its a step up from a motel six, and a step down from a Best Western.

Great location. Staff at front desk delufhtful. Not so much on the beach where it really counts. Most folks are spending a lot of their stay at the beach.

Hard to get help at the veach. Perhaps bc its well located, throngs of people at the beach. Ughhh.

The rooms are like small apartments and really specious and clean. The location of the hotel is excellent, right on the beach and close to the main street with all the restaurants. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Great place to stay, we went once and have since been back multiple times, the value and space is unbeatable, rooms were clean ,friendly staff, steps from Playa Norte. Restaurants were half a block away, easy walk.

Close to all the restaurants and shopping in the Playa Norte area. Walked from the ferry stop to the hotel, but opted to taxi back to the ferry when we left, so we weren't all hot and sweaty for the trip home. Excellent property and close to everything.

Perfect location right next to playa norte. you can walk right out to best beach on the island. two pools, one warmer and one cooler.

Our room was a small and dark interior room, clear and comfortable, but would have preferred a view or even small balcony. Be careful when selecting the room type.

Excellent beach access to Playa Norte

I had a very less than ideal room near the ground floor elevator and reception - #2103. Very little natural light and quite noisy from staff activity in the mornings.

I loved the location and beach access. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The food/drink options were fairly priced. Access to beach towels was convenient and my children loved the pool.

The standard rooms are a little small. I was not aware of the suites when I booked, but they looked much nicer with balconies and views. The hotel is basic, but clean with comfortable beds. My impression is that you pay such a high $$$ for the beachfront location. It is true, North Beach is amazing. The last night we were there the music at the restaurant next to us was so loud we could barely sleep. It went until 2am due to an event. It would have been very frustrating if we needed to wake up early for a flight or tour.
