プールやバルコニーが過ごしやすかったです。 施設はとても清潔で綺麗です。

レストランやバーに従業員が沢山いるのに、従業員同士話していて、私達のオーダーは、間違えるし、会計も間違える。ルームサービスも1時間経っても来ないから電話したら、忘れていた様子。レストランやバーには、観光地なので会計にチップが入っているのに、まだよこせと言われる。

Location is great. It is a quieter part of the island, on a peninsula facing the mainland. View was great from our room, the pool, and the beach.

On site stuff was unnecessarily expensive. 4+ days to clean the pool after an overnight storm.

EVERYTHING ! From the minute we walked in the front, we were greeted with a great warm welcome. The rooms are spacious, comfy, and well lit. Compared to the Egnimatic Hotel we had booked for our stay and cancelled the minute we walked into a dark, dirty so called room. This will be our go to hotel every time we return to the island.

- Het zwembad was schoon, had een fijne grootte, en aangename temperatuur. Het was prettig dat we direct aan het strand konden liggen. - De bedden in de slaapkamer waren comfortabel. - De douche was prettig (fijne waterdruk, warm water) - Het ontbijtbuffet (tegen een vrij riant bedrag) heeft wel veel opties

- De kamer rook vochtig en beschimmeld. We hebben regelmatig de balkondeur open gehad om te luchten, desondanks kwam de geur telkens terug. - De service in het hotel was niet 5 sterren waard. Je moet voor vrijwel alles extra betalen (een vrij royaal bedrag, hetzelfde als in Nederland). Als je één aspirine nodig hebt, dan moet je een heel pakje kopen. Je wordt niet geïnformeerd over wat er wel/niet geïncludeerd is. Het personeel helpt indien gevraagd maar is niet heel servicegericht. - Er word overal standaard 15% 'fooi' voor gerekend. Hier wordt je pas bij het betalen van je verblijf over geïnformeerd. - Alle gegeven geschreven informatie is in het Spaans - Het eten is duur én vaak niet lekker. De prijskwaliteitverhouding klopt niet. De traditionele Mexicaanse keuken kun je hier niet eten. - Er was een conferentie waar we bij het boeken niet over geïnformeerd zijn. Hierdoor was de rust waarvoor wij kwamen ver te zoeken. We konden bv. 1 dag ook geen gebruik maken van de skybar terwijl je hier o.a. ook voor betaalt. - De TV is in het Spaans en er is geen netflix beschikbaar tenzij je extra betaalt. Zelfs in goedkopere hotels/hostels was dit wel geincludeerd in de prijs, ook hier zouden we extra voor moeten betalen. - Er is geen koelkastje/mini fridge beschikbaar- erg handig want dat maakt dat je je meer verplicht voelt om (te duur eten/drinken) in het hotel te eten/drinken. De dichtbijzijnde supermarkt is 20 minuten lopen. - Geen wasservice beschikbaar, alleen extern tegen extra betaling. Dit vinden we niet passen bij een '5 sterren hotel'. - Ontbijt is niet geincludeerd, zelfs voor de koffie moet je extra betalen. Je krijgt wel elke dag 2 kleine flesjes water, maar in andere hotels kon je standaard gratis pakken ipv bijkopen Kortom: we hebben in veel goedkopere hotels en ook hostels verbleven waar we veel meer waar (en vooral service) kregen voor ons geld.

Gemütliches Bett, guter Wasserdruck in der Dusche, grosses Zimmer mit zwei Doppelbetten, toller Strandzugang (leider mit Algen), Poolbereich ok.

Hotel im allgemein braucht von aussen und innen dringend eine Renovation, das Hotel entspricht nicht den Bildern. Wir haben ein tolles Angebot über booking gehabt und deswegen ca. 720.00 Chf bezahlt für 5 Nächte. Den Originalpreis hätte ich niemals akzeptiert! Das Zimmer wurde nie sauber gereinigt, überall lagen Haare von mir oder den Vorgängern herum. Der Boden wurde nie gewischt oder nass aufgenommen, unsere Fusssohlen waren beim ersten Tag schon schwarz, deswegen sind wir nur mit Hausschuhen herumgelaufen. Hotel liegt ca. 10-15min vom Ferry oder Stadt entfernt. 150pesos pro Weg ist aktuell der Preis, 200pesos bis zum Playa Norte und in den Süden. Somit haben wir einen Scooter direkt rechts vom Hotel für 700pesos gemietet und 2 Tage alles per Scooter abgefahren. Wir haben nie gefrühstückt 25$ pro Person total übertrieben.

This is great place to stay. Everyone was great. Beds super comfy. Definitely recommend and will return.

Check in was fast but room wasn’t ready.granted we came in an hour early but we’re not notified when ready. We waited in lobby for an hour had to go get let instead of them notifying us after just sitting there.

El hotel tiene instalaciones excepcionales, muy nuevas, muy limpias, el personal completamente amable, la piscina muy espaciosa, sillas junto a la piscina, y buena área para caminar en la playa.

Caro! Para lo ofrecido ! La playa es un asco! La peor de todo Quintana Roo! No se les ocurra rentar carros de golf en este hotel ! Te dan unos viejos de la compañía ! Gomar Ill están coludidos con los aldeanos para tener altercados choques y hostigarte a pagar cifras por accidentes exageradas !! Se aprovechan que eres turista! No recomiendo nada este hotel ni su compañía de carros de

The pool was really the only good thing about the property.

I’m not sure there’s enough space here. The location requires a taxi to and from anything on the island. The beds were hard like cement slabs and pillows giant clumps. Cleaning not great and couldn’t find attendant if you needed something. ( we were 3 people but had only 2 of everything) Rooms smelled moldy.. other family members in second room bought bleach to wipe things down it bothered them so much. And, particularly annoying : on 2 occasions drinks we ordered and paid at the bar were charged a 2 nd time to the room. None of us were sorry to leave…and certainly would not go back.

Durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit waren die Zimmer leicht feucht und es roch sehr muffig, wir mussten die Sachen teilweise auf dem Balkon trocknen. Hier muss dringend die Lüftung angepasst werden, diese ist leider unterdimensioniert.

Wish the beach water wasn’t so mushy. Breakfast and lunch are great but dinner is average at Numa.

La politique de facturation des restaurants et bars… le prix affiché n’est pas le prix facturé et ensuite ils ajoutent le tip ( 15%) sans demander votre avis. On se sent vraiment arnaqué. C’est le seul bémol à cet établissement

The staff are very helpful and work hard to meet the needs of guests. The location is nice . Quiet and relaxing setting. I love taking a golf cart to town to visit shops , restaurants and the WHITE SANDY BEACH at the other end of the island. We chose IZLA because it isn't in town.

I LOVED that we were greeted with drinks and cold rags upon arrival. The hotel has this fantastic smell that is luxurious but seems so homey. The staff was incredible, Claudia and Emmanuel made my experience a million times better!

2 pools one rooftop for adults only other at ground level for whole family.

No hot water! We checked in and we’re advised a part was being shipped from Europe so there would be no hot water for our stay. We weee offered a free night in compensation.

Staff was very friendly. Views from roof top were beautiful. Quiet.
