Everything, it was comfortable, clean, prime location and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble, we had everything we needed and more.

As soon as you walked into the door of the hotel it smelled amazing, the hotel was beautiful very clean, the owners are lovely and friendly.
We had a warm welcome it felt like a home away from home.
The rooms was perfect beautifully decorated. The beds was one if the most comfortable bed I have slept on.
The guest lounge area was nice and chilled myself and my partner enjoyed having a drink watching a film and playing games.
We have already booked to come back couldn't recommend the hotel enjoyed 10/10 perfect excellent.

Spotlessly clean. Great location and friendly landlady who made us feel at ease and gave us lots of information. Tea and coffee was provided in the room. Bed was comfortable and the area was quiet. Great value for money.

I really feel at home when I live in the Rosedene. The room layout is very warm, the facilities are perfect, and the most important thing is Andrea's kindness made us feel the warmth of Llandudno! If I still have chance back to llandudno, I think I will choose the Rosedene again.🥰🥰🥰

Fantastic!! Deluxe describes the room perfectly. Welcoming, friendly and very helpful proprietors with a good few laughs thrown in, added to our enjoyment of a wonderful weekend. Couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommended.

The location was great, close to centre of town but yet far enough away to not be noisy. The hosts, Andrea and Mark could not have been more welcoming and gave valuable travel tips and ideas of what to do during my stay.

This place is absolutely gorgeous - Andrea and Mark could not do enough for us they were totally brilliant - Absolutely spotless friendly guests such a nice vybe throughout the hotel very warm and welcoming - Really didnt want to leave.
