The property was very well kept up, the food was overall exceptional and the staff were courteous and professional.

friendly staff, room size ,location, food mainly very important thing the service.every hotel depends on service. And the price was very comforting in such a good location. very near for ORR.

Please come in the "Food & Beverage Department" of the hotel, Mr. Soumitra will welcome you! Being a Manager he used to only take care of his staffs and not customers. He operates up to 10:30AM for breakfast. Hey! come at 10:35 AM in the Dining, you won't get food despite of whatever difficulties you have! He cares a dam to hungry customers and show them the door. In service industry, we generally treat customers as God, as they pay for Facilities and Services. Don't think, in that line. Absolutely, heartless, bad mannered and ill behaved Soumitra, won't entertain any of your requests. He will behave like a King and Ruling the F&B section!!!
I won't recommend this hotel to anyone, rather it's better to spend a little more to move to any of the five stars nearby!!!

Variety to choose from delectable Indian and continental, with healthy and tasty options. Dinner buffet was also excellent and with appreciable choice.
Location in financial district was very convenient, just off the main road, yet not noisy and not polluted.

food, Bathroom sanitary ware old and not clean, only one toilet is available, no free transportation available from to airport like other hotels, the room and hotel furniture is very old compering to the 5 stare hotel, the hotel transport is extremely bad and old.

It had very large room. And room was very clean. I love it.
It was not cheap.

We stayed with our pet and was comfortable with the way the staffs treated her. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Food was delivered within 20mts of order. Check-in was comfortable. Kitchen is equipped with all the amenities. Fridge is super clean.
Nothing. If I have to point, then carpets can be upgraded and a hand wash can be provided instead of soap.

Clean rooms & good maintenance and room service.
Road noise is high during the night as it is next to an intersection and signal. Maybe consider installing an additional internal window glass layer.
