Breakfast is continental and the fridge was well stocked with cheese, milk, fruit juice, bread, butter, jams, yoghurt and water. There is also fruit, cereal and tea and coffee. We like the balcony off the lounge area.

Location was perfect for us as our daughter lives nearby. Alan and Mala were perfect hosts....welcoming and just there when you need them. We had the entire top floor to ourselves so really spacious and every comfort provided. A real home from home. Hoping we get to book for our next visit.

The location was quiet but very near shops and restaurants. There was plenty of space in the suite and had all we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the selection of breakfast items that were available. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming.

Wonderful large, comfortable space! Alan and Mala were wonderful and helpful. We couldn't have asked for more.

Plenty of space, very convenient location for the park and Crystal Palace. Safe off road parking enabled us to leave the car once we'd arrived. Plenty of buses and trains into central London. Host was very approachable for anything you needed.

A very spacious, cosy, well equipped studio apartment. The friendly hosts have provided so many thoughtful touches for guests, including a generous range of food items for self catered breakfast. They kindly provided gluten free products as requested to suit our dietary requirements. The location is excellent being a short walk from the train station, town centre and the stunning Crystal Palace Park. We look forward to returning to stay here next time we are visiting family in London.

Nothing to dislike.

I really liked the location, the suite's amenities, and the kindness of the hosts. On the next trip to London, it will be my number 1 option.

everything was fine and within expectations, it only improved the temperature of the room because it was already cold in London.

Great location. In a very quiet residential area but just minutes from the shops, bars, restaurants and train station. Fantastic roof terrace with amazing far reaching views. Very well equipped and clean. Very comfortable beds and good quality bed linen and bedding. Great selection offered for breakfast. Hosts very welcoming and friendly. Free off road parking a bonus.

The hosts have thought of everything they possibly can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The attention to detail was amazing.

Some noise in the street at night, but this has to expected in London

Excellent place to stay for the weekend. Lovely accommodation and hosts. Ideally located for the Crystal Palace triangle for shops and restaurants and very close to the park. Only 20 minutes into the City by train.

There was nothing not to like.

Lovely host, clean, well provided for, nice facilities.

Lots of room: lounge, spare room and terrace is great for our young family. Worth a visit if only for the arthouse film DVD selection! Lovely warm welcome. It was great to be able to take our breakfast in the lounge when we wanted from the selection of continental goods and our allergy request was very well catered for!

Nothing to note given the area and we had to bring our travel cot but nothing to quibble about really.
