Kitchen with literally everything. Clean bathroom. Comfortable beds.

Location was great. Easy to get to from airport and easy to move around. Shop and great café next door. Appt quite comfy and spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Host answer quickly by chat or email. .

Sofá bed was very hard and uncomfortable. One Appt had no microwave. Some rooms had no windows that openned. Bathroom not safe for older people, no rails to hold while getting into the bath. Or to hold onto while talking shower in the bath.

Very clean. It had all the equipment for the kitchen. Room was quite spacious, with nice paintings. the ability to rest with your own Netflix account.

Upon arrival the room was set to a very high temperature. my room did only have a window to a venting area, so cooling it was difficult and a bit smelly. there is AC by the bed, it is loud but it works. The code for the apartment door upon arrival did not function, chatting was slow/unhelpful at first and calling them is no option. This is the downside of such a system, besides that it is lovely to have your own place near the center of Vienna (20 min walk). I was traveling solo and i felt safe. but it is good to note that there are some red light houses right next door, so there could be some men hanging around on the street.

We appriciate professional and very friendly personal in Steiner Residences. They help us with everything and immediatelly solved every problem we have had. The place is also perfect, near by nice park Augarten and the tram station (No 5 and No 2) is just for the entrance of the house. We can buy food in Spar, 100 m far from the residence. The appartement was very comfortable and clean. Not far from the centrum. We can use the terrace for smoking and drinking cofee or Prosecco. We spent very nice time in Vienna for the concert Rolling Stones on Ernst Happel Stadion, 20 minutes far from it. We can recommend the stay to every tourists. Eva and comp.

Spacious and clean rooms

Parking across the street (paid unfortunately), for breakfast Derman and a supermarket nearby. Tram stop very near and some good pizzeria in a walking distance. Room and bathroom nice, with all kitchen appliances we needed to prep breakfast inside, including washing machine and coffee express.

Lack of elevator can be problematic if you have small children. The floor could have been a bit cleaner. I was not sure how to turn on air conditioner as it was not built in but rather you had to assemble it yourself with a pipe outside window or something. Nothing really bad so I might rent this room in the future. Street outside was quite noisy but I didn't care as I have hard sleep.

Clean, self check-in/out, decently priced parking close by.

Window facing a inner wall, but decent for our 2 nights stay. Careful about the parking lot, you need to refresh the permit daily, we saw a car getting ticket although they bought two single day tickets on the same date. This may be inconvenient if you're out town visiting.

Kitchen was good, everything was clean and recently renovated.

(Applies only to APT. 2) Very noisy from some machine outside the window and another machine behind a wall, also air refreshing device makes loud noise every 30 minutes. Light in the kitchen could not completely turn off. No outlet on one side of the bed. If you are overweight, you would barely be able to enter the shower (it has the smallest possible size) and the mattress might be too soft for you.

Cigarette smell

Location was very good, with easy communication from the apartment to downtown by a tram. Relatively calm area, good for sleep. Fully equipped apartments. Very clean. Services were impeccable.

The bed was quite old, making some noise, which is inconvenient for people after 50. There was very strong and disturbing smell of deodorant in the bathroom.

Big apartament. Easy check in. Clean and comfortable.
