Having free parking available is great, especially as I could park on the driveway. The location was easy to find and close to the airport, and all the instructions given were very clear and detailed.

The place looks a little unclean. Everything had definitely been cleaned but things like stains on the walls/bedding made my companions uneasy. Wish it had nicer facilities such as a proper shower but it is really just a house.

This is a scam accomodation and we warn others to stay away. It is no more than a semi-detached house in a busy suburban street. Prior to arriving we were asked for private information to allow us access. This is dangerous and totally unacceptable. As a result we were unable to access the house and in any event would not wished to have stayed as it is totally inappropriate for overnight accommodation near to Heathrow. Ww spoke to a lady , a Filipino, on the phone number provided and she refused to come to the house and to tell us of her location. DO NOT STAY AT THIS ACCOMMODATION. WE ARE PURSUING THIS MATTER WITH BOOKING.COM.

A bug crawled on my leg, instructions were extremely unclear, the room had a funky smell, it's deceivingly far from the airport

getting into the property was an issue but only because I didn’t know I had to touch the pad so that it would light up so I could key in the number

That my room had a lock. And the pre communications and instructions for accessing property from airport were great.

It felt dodgy! I arrived to a man peeking through the curtains, I couldn't find safety key box so knocked quite a while, no one answered. Eventually a man with no top on who was clearly smoking answered. The inside of the hoise at this point looked aweful. On entering it looked like a half way house, the carpets were disgusting, walls heavily marked and everything looked dirty. I was going to leave and go elsewhere as I still hadn't managed to find safety key box and find room key. I left premises slightly frightened and met a new guest on exit, we worked together to figure out access then got inside and into our rooms which thankfully had locks. The smoke alarm kept going off overnight as people downstairs were obviously smoking. Left first thing in the morning and won't be back.

Many things were broken/poorly repaired, windows catches etc, appreciate the room was cheap, but not a justification for broken portly maintained facilities.

There wasn't breakfast, it was shared bathroom and the security to get in was too complicated for me to deal with ..I sent e mail's asking for help and no reply. I ended up sleeping in the car. I'm a grandmother and I was alone. Really unhappy with the hotel and non service
