This was our second time here, we love the location, the place is very comfortable and private, has a kitchenette so that makes all the difference when traveling with family. The place we lovely and clean

This time we had few ants visiting, but I don't think this says anything about cleanliness, tha place we spotless.

Very good apartment for short stay with family

It is nice cozy place with interesting furniture made to accommodate everything you need in a rather small space without feeling cramped. The balcony is nice and in the evenings you feel that you are in a special place with quiet music from someone studying the trumpet or some small gathering of friends drinking wine on a balcony on the other side.

It was a bit difficult to find the entrance into the building. I had to find a parking lot about 1,2 miles away to only pay 5 Euro/night instead of more than 30. This info would have been useful to have from the owners. The apartment lacks a bit in caracter.

Great for attending concerts in Ernst Happel Stadion, you can hear music starting from the apartment and just walk for 5minutes and you're there. Also the check-in was very fast and easy, since you don't have to interact with the staff.

The apartment has no AC, which is typical for Austria, I didn't read the description and reviews carefully.

The apartment: Nice design. It is small but is organised so well than you can separate a bedroom from the living room easily and even cook something in a hidden closet-kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy. It is located in a nice modern building where people live. You have an underground garage and an elevator, check-in is super easy. It is quiet in the night which is a big plus.

Location: great if you visit Prater. For everyhting else it is a bit too far away. 30 min by 2 metro lines from the city centre. 50 min by metro lines from the ZOO. Parking: 37 euros per day. Expensive considering you're tooo far away from the city centre. But there wasn't anything for you in the apartment, no salt or sugar either, which was very strange. We do travel a lot and every single apartment that rents regularly has at least salt and sugar. Important: there's no air-conditioning. Luckily it wasn't hot when we visited but imagine being here during the hot summer? However, not many places in Vienna do have an AC so it's quite usual here. Sleep: bed is really nice. There are no curtains or anything that would darken the room. Only white plastic shades that cover nothing but maybe neighbours' view. The light woke us at 5am.

The apartment was very clean and, although not big, it is very well organized. The maitresses were very comfortable and it has a nice terrace. For us it was the perfect location for what we needed but you can also reach the city centre easily.

The wi fi was not working, but for us it wasn't a problem.

the only thing I wish was there was a vacuum cleaner - we spent 5 days and I like to keep floor clean especially in the bathroom :D

●The location was great. 10 minutes walk to Prater, the children liked that fact a lot, we could go every evening there. ● Supermarkets, Café and restaurants around . ●Check in and check out was very easy as per E-Mail described. ● The apartment was very clean and the facilities were great.

●The couch, where the children slept wasn't much comfortable, but that wasn't a big deal. ●Parking in the underground car parks around costed us a lot actually, but I think it's pretty much the same everywhere in Vienna. ●On our last day the lift wasn't working and we had to carry our luggage downstairs. Anyway we liked the apartment and enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed the flat, everything is smart organized , the hidden kitchen I liked especially. The Check-in Process was easy The flat was clean, as we're the sheets and towels. The Nespresso machine was great in the morning.

There wasn't something especially to dislike. Just a small annoying thing is that the sofa isn't very big, so for a 195cm guy it was a bit short, on one side the pillows would fall, on other the feet would stay too much outside:) But that is a issue I have in general.

Even tho is small apartment, it is still very spacious. It was very clean and warm when we arrive. It had everytohn we needed for small price and great view. Everything is very close.

Cleaner appliances and a toaster would be also nice.

Apartment was clean and had everything you need. It's close to the u bahn station and just few stations away from the city center. We had a lovely time staying there and will certainly return.
