Quando si trascorrere le vostre vacanze Hilton Head nella nostra casa vi sono solo 'passi' dalla più favolosa spiaggia in tutto il Sud Carolina. Situato nell'esclusiva comunità di Gated Palmetto Dunes Resort, questa casa è la seconda casa dalla spiaggia, passi per il bellissimo Oceano Atlantico e spiaggia privata e cristallina, sul sentiero della spiaggia. A un minuto a piedi dalla spiaggia, l'indirizzo di questa casa vacanze è di 64 boe d'ormeggio.

Una casa-stile paese basso, con un ampio portico anteriore meridionale completa di ventilatori a soffitto e sedie a dondolo.
LIVELLO PRINCIPALE:
Il livello principale ha una grande, open space, la grande sala composta dal soggiorno, con HD-TV, sala da pranzo, sala colazione e cucina completamente attrezzata e aggiornata. Continuando al livello principale sono due identiche suite matrimoniali, ognuna con un letto king size, HD-TV, grande cabina armadio, rinnovato, 2018 bagni padronali di grandi dimensioni, con vasche idromassaggio, doppi lavandini / vanità e cabina doccia. Inoltre, al livello principale, è una camera da letto privata confortevole splendidamente decorata / 5a camera da letto, divano letto, camino, bar, e HD-TV. Anche a questo livello è il bagno completo di cabana con doccia, lavanderia, lavatrice / asciugatrice full size, portico schermo e grande ponte superiore. L'intero retro della casa si affaccia sugli splendidi giardini e sulla piscina all'aperto / centro benessere.
LIVELLO DUE:
Il secondo livello di questa spaziosa casa si trova l'ampio soppalco aperto, la camera da letto della barca a vela e la camera da letto del faro, ogni camera ha due letti singoli e ciascuno con bagni completi con docce. And Marie was very easy to work with and we had a great stay. The home was well equipped and had plenty of space for everyone. The location is great. It was less than a five minute walk to the beach and the house is right on a beach path. The beaches were never overly crowded and the pool and backyard were beautiful! I will definitely return to this hone again!

The Savannah is truly the most beautiful home we have ever stayed in while in Hilton Head. The listing information was very accurate, the home is very well laid out, clean, and comfortable. The home is close to the beach and the bike trails, and there is no shortage of terrific restaurants and shopping within a short driving distance. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

This is a great house on Mooring Buoy on the "3rd Row", so its right on the beach path on the beach side. Very short walk to the sand and ocean. Pool and hot tub were great and well cared for deck and outdoor amenities.
Everything in the house is well cared for, stocked well, and everything is there you need to have a great time at the beach, pool/beach toys, well stocked kitchen and basically new grill.
Our kids loved the quick walk to the beach, less than 1 minute and its right on the bike path to ride around Palmetto Dunes.
Very responsive owner make this all the better. Will be a repeat vacationer here!

This was our second year staying at Savannah and it was wonderful as usual. I cannot say enough great things about this property from working with the owners to the convenience to the beach to the comfort of the house. First, Ann Marie and Lou are easy to work with and respond quickly. I feel as if I’ve known them for years. Second, how wonderful it is to walk out of the house directly onto the beach path and be on the beach in a matter of two minutes. This is a gift with young children at the beach...to be able to go back and forth to the house easily. Third, the comfort of the house is amazing. My family especially loved the backyard with the private pool and two separate eating areas. Also the screened-in porch is delightful. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a full washer and dryer off the kitchen. There is a table large enough to accommodate my entire family for dinner. I cannot say enough great things about this house and the owners except to say.....I’m already booked for next year and the year after. Thank you Ann Marie and Lou for sharing your beautiful home. We love it as much as you do!

Another great week at the beach! As usual everything was amazing - the owners are fabulous, the house is beautiful and the location is perfect! We are repeat guests for several years now which probably is the best evidence of how much we love it!

Everything you could possibly need in this beautiful home. Concrete beach walk right next to home. Private pool with lots of comfortable poolside seating so much fun for grandkids and family. Wonderful location in Palmeto Dunes. Plenty of room for our family, 6 adults with 4 kids from the screened in sunroom to places for quiet or group gatherings. Would definitely recomend and have hopes to return. Thank you Louis & Ane Marie for making your home available.

We've been going to Hilton Head every year for the past 25 years and I must say this house definitely exceeded our expectations. The house was well maintained and very clean. The decor was gorgeous and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. I felt like I was in my own house. The 2 brand new master bathrooms are stunning!! This house is extremely close to the beach by way of a beach path. Its private so when your in the pool no one else is looking on. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. She was like a friend that I knew for years. My overall experience as you can see was wonderful. I will definitely recommend this house to anyone who goes to Hilton Head and for sure I will be renting this property again.

We had a wonderful stay in Hilton Head! We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for years and this by far was the best house we have stayed in. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The pool and spa were very relaxing. Very clean home! Anne Marie was great to work with and very reachable. Would definitely stay here again!

We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for the past 20 years. We have stayed in various condos, villas, and homes and the Savannah is by far the best place we have stayed in!! It is clean, well maintained, close to the beach, has a great pool and spa, and very private back yard. The layout of the house was perfect and very roomy. We loved the big deck and ate breakfast and had coffee out there every morning. I would highly recommend this property to everyone. Also, the owners were awesome to work with and answered my many questions in a timely manner. My family tried to come up with one negative thing about this house and all we came up with is that we had to leave it!! To sum up, we loved this house!!!

Savannah is an absolutely beautiful home. There are two master suites, which are perfect for our extended family. The home is spotless and graciously appointed. The owners have thought of everything one could possibly need on a beach vacation. The pool is beautiful and sunny. There is a screened porch and decks. The wide stretches of Hilton Head beach are just steps away. We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for 15+ years, and Savannah is the best home we've had.
