Our comforter was burn 🔥with 🕳

The fact that the window of the room upon arrival, had what appeared to be a huge hole due to either a single gun shot or a huge rock thrown through the window. The fact that two cops were sitting right side the room and when asking about the area was advised to leave and find another place to stay. When going to the front office to advise of the issue with the room, being told we have to go through booking for a refund. Never STAYED at the hotel at all. Still waiting for the refund after a month, 4 calls to booking and being run around that the hotel verbally is going to refund our money, still nothing. $311.00 is still due and would like the money back as fast as you took it from the account. So to say this has been a horrible experience is an understatement. Will never use booking again ever. So much for Covid-19. There was homeless, addicts, etc you name it all over the property. To even think booking was affiliated with this property it saddens me that a 3rd party will take money from a place as such and never do any quality checks (randomly) to see if they are to standard when doing business with them. They didn’t offer any other room and if even they did due to the warning from the cops and the up keep of the property and my safety, there was no way I was staying. Sleeping in my truck at my daughters apartment complex parking lot away from here was safer than this place clearly. Sad traveling all over out West for Work for many years in and out of hotels and I have never experienced any such issues as this.

#1 THE HOOD the front is ok but once u turn dat corner its straight NEW JACK CITY in the back...#2 No Pool(FASLE ADVERTISING) #3 CIGARETTE BURN on both my pillow cases NO PHN in rm so i went to the office and was told house keeping doesnt come until the morning...#4 Poor House KEEPING only two wash cloths n the bathroom #5 At NIGHT its REALLY LOUD EVERYONE that LIVES there is outside partying...#6 2 TVS N OUR ROOM Box Tv was ONLY working..NO FLAT SCREEN ...this was a bad experience for my kids and I...not worth the money i paid 4 two rooms two nights...NEVER AGAIN 😠😡

We didn't stay around, were too scared to get shanked.

Didn't like the crack heads, prostitutes, and people yelling all night.

I thought it would’ve been better for the prices we paid, ridiculous!

The area seems to be covered in poverish community, needs finishing and more cleaning done before we check in.

Drug area. Broken hotel window, loitering outside hotel. Very uncomfortable and unclean room
