Excellent service. Actually I've booked a small double bedroom non AC. But they have given me a standard double bedroom with AC without any additional cost, since the room booked by me is under repair in keys. Very kind of them.
Lift and other few areas are under work not completed fully / under renovation.

Location and breakfast was ok
There was absolutely no airconditioning as the property had a fault in their central cooling system
The average room temperature was ,34 degrees and heav was intolerable

Super clean, friendly, safe, and comfortable, and walking distance from Mysuru's must-see main attraction, The Mysore Palace, in a quiet area, this place is perfect for a relaxed stay. There's a great restaurant on the top floor, too. Very friendly, professional desk staff.
The neighbourhood was mainly bike and auto repair shops, but that was not a great problem.

Персонал вежливый, номер в целом хороший, кроме потолка. Месторасположение вполне удобное. Завтрак вкусный.

Если есть возможность, выбирайте не 17 номер, там влажность видимо высокая и штукатурка с потолка вот вот на голову упадёт. На завтрак только доса и чай/кофе растворимый.
Вай-фай плохо ловил в нашем номере.

Mr. Mani and his staff were helpful. Good food and the evening food server was helpful.
Nothing negative, just that this hotel needs renovation and pest control.

Very dirty beds and rooms. We were asked to pay upfront and had to look for an alternative. When asked to refund they denied

Their hospitality. Staff was ready to help with your trip. Breakfast was awesome. We had checked out early for site seeing however they gave us one room in the evening to refresh and catch our train. They arranged the cab from the hotel itself. Hotel is very close to main attractions.

If you are looking for value for money and near to attractions like Mysore palace, it is the best. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They accommodate you to their level best. I had very comfortable stay with family.

They lock the gate at night. Have to bang the door for them to open.

The location was perfect, the staff very friendly and helpful and the room was adequate for our needs ! Highly recommended.

Just the proximity from city center.
We booked 2 rooms and ACs were not working for both rooms. The manager tried to fool us by saying he is calling the electrical guy and wait for some time. We knew it was night 8:30pm and we only booked for one night so no one will comeup and we would have to stay in hot room without AC. So we asked for refund and checkedout.

The location is perfect , 5 mins walk from Mysore palace. The Room was spacious and food was good.

Evening staff couldn't be bothered to greet you.
Eating area, couldn't be bothered to clear up after ANYONE
