Ubicación de lo mejor y seguro. La plaza las Américas esta integrada a este complejo hotelero. La habitación amplia y confortable. Cuenta con una vista maravillosa de la laguna y de la zona hotelera.

Me encantó que se encuentra cerca de todos los medios de transporte y no tan apartado del aeropuerto. Las vistas son increíbles y el personal es muy atento. Este hotel es una opción genial para estadías en Cancún.

Deberían mejorar el mobiliario de las áreas comunes, en especial el de la piscina… esta algo deteriorado. Pudieran lograr algo increíble con todo el espacio que tienen. El jacuzzi en habitación no funcionaba correctamente.

The view from the balcony was good, we had the jacuzzi tub on the balcony which was nice, right above a mall so location was good

The lobby area is hard to find, it is a hassle leaving and coming due to the hotel sitting on a parking garage, there was music close by the hotel that you could hear all night until 8 in the morning, no coffee, no ice, wifi only worked good while in the room, not on hotel zone so you need to know spanish or at least a translator app, could not check in early so your bags are left unattended if u do not take them with you, this is not a 4star hotel, would not stay again

Bien ubicado, instalaciones en buen estado a excepecion de la piscina, estaba sucia, no la usamos. Dormitorios comodos con todo lo necesario, adecuada limpieza, seguros. Al lado una plaza comercial , una rent-car y varios restaurantes. Punto medio para dirigirte a todos los puntos de interes.

Los bordes de la piscina con restos de musgo, señal de bajo nivel de limpieza.

House keeping would come in but not really clean anything or give fresh wash clothes and towels or take garbage

Muy mala experiencia ya que confiamos , llegando nos dijeron que sobre vendieron el cuarto y que disculpe así nada más y venimos con niños confiando que es una plataforma segura por eso reservamos , tuvimos que buscar hotel a esa hora , así que muy mala experiencia no nos dieron solución solo disculpe y ya

La ubicación es perfecta, la suite es pequeña pero funcional, bastante cómoda la cama y hay parqueo

A pesar de estar en el nivel 12, el ruido de las discotecas de la calle se escuchan muchísimo y no hay manera de evitarlo, encontramos sustancias ilegales en el lugar, hay que dejar un deposito de 100 dólares o 1,000 pesos en efectivo no tarjeta, la piscina estaba un poco sucia

The room was really bright and light and had a beautiful view.

The location of the apartment is in a very seedy location with no real restaurants around and difficult to get around. It was really challenging to find the apt initially as well. The staff were not very friendly, amenities were very basic.

Everything was fine. Jacuzzi was great.

I did not like Alfonso from from desk. He was rude and he should better learn english.

Loved the view, the modern apartment, comfi bed & ofcourse the jacuzzi on our big balcony. Also great to have fitness. we stayed here at the end of our flight and that was perfect because everything is close and even a shopping mall underneath.

It can get loud outside, there was a market with some music outside but it stopped around 10 pm. We slept fine!

Very friendly staff. Very conveniently located. Close access to shopping and restaurants. Felt very safe and at ease.

It was a little far from the beaches. Definitely helped having a rental car.

The hotel needs renovations. There is lots of noise late at night coming from the street. The dishwasher doesn’t work and the washer needs maintenance.

Security and staff. Also, the hot tub on the balcony and shower. Def felt like a spa.

There was a weird sewage smell in the lobby, and they take down every license plate that comes in but couldn’t help me find the car that dropped me off. I was a little annoyed by that.

The jacuzzi is way too small hence almost useless..

LOCATION Right next to a mall with a supermarket. The rooms are a good size as they are apartments. They have balconies so there is always a nice view. We had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a decent kitchen. There is also a nice living and dining area. The staff is super nice! Always friendly. The property has security and they are always nice and willing to help. For the most part, our stay was OK.

Somethings could have been cleaner and the apartment is in need of some TLC. The fridge had rust in it and it smelled. The oven could have been cleaner. The microwave stunk. They need new cookware as the Teflon was all scratched up and that is toxic. I called the front desk to see if they would give me a new pot to use. They sent someone with another scratched pot saying that is the best one they got. We also had a washer/drying all in one unit. The dryer is not very good as it takes forever to dry stuff. I had stuff in for over an our that was still very wet. The living room furniture is in need of a shampoo badly. I called and someone came, but they did not do nothing. I also found the beds to be a little too firm for my taste. We paid good money to stay there, so I really think Suites Malecon Cancun can do better.
