A bit faraway and not easy to the MTR

The location is excellent, near to public transportation. Just a short walk to MTR Causeway and A11 airport bus stop at Gloucester Street.

Unfortunalety, the small size room (20 sqm) but to be fair is considered reasonable space in HK.

Location is excellent. Breakfast is ok-ish. The room was surprisingly quiet, I slept pretty well. Not very large, but that's Hong Kong. The staff was reasonably friendly and helpful.

The hotel would do with a renovation - obviously, they haven't done one in years.

The flow of water from the taps are great. Recommended.

Lifts too slow. I stayed in 9th floor, and had a record of waiting for 20 min for a lift to go down. And that was fa full lift. I told people inside that was the 4th lift that opened the door full of people. Very frustrating .I would have walked down the stairs if I can find where it is.

Personnel is rude

Rooms smelt of cigarettes. Asked to be moved to another room and was put in a room which smelt of damp. Mould in both rooms and clearly the cleaning staff don’t really put much effort in. Save yourself the time and book at the Harbourview instead. It’s only slightly more and much better quality.

9 days only clean room once , never change towels only if u request. Never pick up garbage. use Covid as a reason not provide any basic services . Totally unacceptable
