Great location with easy public transport access. Great having a late checkout for people with late afternoon flights from Heathrow. Loved having a bath tub after weeks of travelling with only hotel showers.

Room was quite small and the view not inspirational but for the price I was very happy. Didn't spend much time in the room anyway, off into London central on the Tube everyday.

Staff pleasant. Clean sheets and comfortable bed. Good shower.

Carpet tired and needing replacing. Travel to terminals is not direct via Hoppa bus to property but by walking to nearby hotel. I took the public bus instead. Very close by and much cheaper

Bad musty smell throughout the hotel including the rooms. Stains everywhere. Used plates and glasses left outside our room for the duration of our stay. Disgusting old painted bath will peeling and mould. Old saggy soft mattress. I complained and they offered free breakfast but I just wanted to leave.

Good location for Heathrow. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service. Really great value breakfast.

The hotel is tired and could do with some investment and updating. Some musty smell walking along the corridor from the lift but not noticeable once inside the room.

The room was really dirty. We had booked a deal including dinner bed and breakfast. On arrival we were told we would have to pay extra for food. Our evening meal was so overcooked that it was hardly edible. The check in took about half an hour because the staff did not have the training

Noisy, so thank goodness for ear plugs! The room was TINY. Shuttle is expensive; I travel a lot, and most airport hotels have free shuttles.

personally I think the menu for meals could be improved. the weather was awful so I was obliged to eat in the hotel and I was not impressed.

Good location, convenient to the airport. The room was a little small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. I found the reception and dining room staff to be very helpful and welcoming

I prepaid for my dinner but it turned out that I had to order it from a special menu. In retrospect I would have preferred not to prepay but to order from the regular menu. I think that this should be made clearer in Booking.com's information.
