Definitely need to have USB ports in the bedrooms. Nowhere to plug in our phones. Very annoying. Also we just needed a cup of coffee and a piece of toast for breakfast and the staff spent a lot of time explaining to us that we actually couldn’t do that, although it made no sense., buffet or full menu. We finally split a bakers tray with buns we did not need or want, in order to get a piece of toast. Quite a waste.

Det var svårt att ställa in ACn på ett bra sätt, det blåste kallt från den om man inte hade den på "fläkt", och då blev det efter ett tag rätt varmt i rummet. Men det gick att sova ok med ACn på.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Landebahn - sehr schön. Es war geräumig, das Bett bequem, der Kleiderschrank prima, das Badezimmer super, der Haartrockner zwar etwas versteckt unten, neben dem Schreibtisch, aber sonst alles tiptop. Das Frühstück war lecker und vielfältig und was mir besonders gefallen hat, war die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des Personals. Hervorragend! Ich weiß, dass man das Hotel von den Terminals aus auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln- sehr günstig - erreichen kann, aber ich habe zuerst- wegen meiner Koffer - ein Taxi genommen und nach der Rechnung von 25 Pfund vom Terminal 5 aus, sofort bereut. Danach benutzte ich den Hoppa-Bus, weil er direkt am Hotel hält und man auf ihn bequem auf den Hotelsitzgelegenheiten warten kann. Bei einem Retourticket spart man einige Cent. Insgesamt hat mir das Hotel, dessen Innenleben und sein außerordentlich freundliches Personal sehr gefallen und ich komme wieder.

Das Einzige was mir an diesem Hotel nicht gefällt, ist die Außenfassade. Sehr grau, viel Beton, nur gerade Linien - schade. Hier würde eine Begrünung der Fassade - mittlerweile gibt es ja schon viele Beispiele hierfür - oder ein Illusionsgraffiti wirklich helfen. Dann wäre dieses Hotel ein Traum!

Good location for access to Heathrow airport. Warm and friendly greeting on arrival. Room was great, very comfortable bed. Airport transfer the following morning was hassle free.

everything - it was very clean with stunning views. Staff were very friendly and the young lady in the club lounge never stopped and couldn’t do enough, not only for us but for every single guest. So thank you not sure of her name , think it was Sylvia but she was fantastic, the food was lovely the drinks were topped up when near empty. Rooms were very clean the bed was very comfortable . Pillows are lovely. Could not hear a thing from the runway. Views are spectacular. We had a executive runway view room

My only criticism would be in the club lounge for it to be buffet style as I did not like certain items on the plate. And my husband does not like butter. But overall fantastic And for the shower bottles to be further down as you bag your ams on them when in the shower.

Front desk staff not efficient. One lady was too busy to check our luggage and called someone else to help meanwhile we had a taxi waiting. Restaurant a bit expensive. Reviews on bookings.com said you walk 250 metres to terminal 3. NOT true. Cost of shuttle or taxi is necessary. 2.5 km or more to terminal 3. There are other hotels closer and less expensive. Eg Novotel across road.

this hotel is perfect for watching aircraft movements and taking photographs at heathrow.plenty of parking spaces at a reasonable price.plenty of charging points for electric vehicles.excellent breakfast.

We had a Superior Runway View room which was amazing. Hotel staff were lovely and helpful. Absolutely delicious meals in the Restaurant. Booked us a taxi for the Airport. Fabulous.

Great location if you need to stay overnight at the airport before a flight the next day. Handy for parking and also close to car hire locations at Heathrow. We only stayed one night, so didn't really get to see the facilities, but they looked good. Room was very nice, up to date, good bathroom and comfortable bed. Despite overlooking the runways, you couldn't hear the planes so the double or triple glazing was very effective.

Breakfast was pricey and the shuttle bus was only slightly cheaper than getting a taxi to drop off two people at the terminal.

The hotel is very convenient for Heathrow airport. It was also useful to be able to leave a bag in the luggage room from our previous stay at the start of our journey. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. This is always our first choice hotel whenever we are flying from Heathrow.

Staff from arrival to leaving were helpful and friendly. View from airport side showing planes landing and departing was amazing. Noise levels from outside low thanks to glazing. Room spacious. Choice of somewhere to eat. The transfer from T3 to hotel and back is easy using Hoppa service every 30 minutes but at a cost of about £7 each way. Buses from main road outside are plentiful going into the airport central bus station.

Didn't get a grip on the air conditioning system but that may be due to not trying hard enough. Shower in bath was not used because of frustration of knowing what to do. Another problem of stranger appliances and getting older!

It was the best location near London Heathrow Airport (by car, within 10min) ※ There would be the bus from the airport, but would be too tough to move with big luggage If no rent car here, it could be not easy to come easily. The hotel was safe & comfortable, I felt. There were lots of food in Breakfast, too : )

For room #600 ~ and #700 ~, they are located in one step up from reception floor, but there is NO elevator here. If there is some big luggate, we have to bring up the luggage by ourselves, through som stairs.

Great location for access to LHR terminals 2 & 3 although I consider the hoppa bus between the hotel and airport expensive. Also walking distance (about 5minutes) from a lovely pub that always has great food at reasonable prices, fast service and welcoming staff.

The Renaissance has really gone downhill over the last 4 years. There were a lot of issues with the heating in rooms, old saggy mattresses and showers with broken temperature controls. Food and drink is overpriced, service exceptionally slow and staff rarely knew what they had available on the menu which just delayed things further. I know some of the others had dealings with a couple of very helpful staff members but the majority of staff seemed to find any requests (even just asking for bag check) an inconvenience. A lot of us also had issues with direct bookings made months ago being cancelled just weeks before our stay, unable to contact the hotel by phone and being completely ignored by the chain’s customer service when we tried to resolve the issues (conference organiser even reached out to their hotel contact and we heard NOTHING back from the hotel) Really disappointed with this stay from start to finish and will be staying elsewhere for the conference next year
