My family and I spent 2 weeks in Sinbad Club Hotel in June. Let me tell you a bit about our delightful stay. We are a family of four and decided to rent a family suite. Our suite had two decently sized bedrooms, a single bathroom and a small hallway connecting the rooms together. Both rooms had their respective balconies outlooking the main pool. The AC units were working well. We were very happy with the housekeeping – our butler Sami was excellent! He was very friendly, polite and cleaned our room meticulously every single day. Fresh towels, for both the room and the beach, were brought to us every day. So no need to bring any towels along, as they are provided by the hotel. The hotel has 2 main pools. One of the pools is your regular pool, surrounded with sunbeds (make sure to reserve your sunbeds early morning as they get packed quickly.) The other pool is more of a “lazy river” style pool – note that this pool is not very deep (max depth is 1.6m). There is pool options for the kids as well. All hotel guests are welcome to use the Sinbad Waterpark that consists of about 9 slides (out of which 7 are for adults). We had so much fun on the slides – it was all safe and guarded at all times. Hotel’s private beach is located about 350m from the hotel – within a walking distance, but there is a shuttle provided for everyone unwilling or unable to walk. The beach was beautiful and sandy with comfortable sunbeds. Due to the opening of the new nearby Serry Hotel, the Sindbad Hotel beach has been unfortunately split into two – half of the beach is for Sinbad and the other half for the Serry Hotel guests. They should provide with more of the parasols for the Sindbad guests! As for the food, we had an All-inclusive package – including breakfast, lunch, dinner, brunch, snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages from 8AM til midnight. Gusto and Botanica are the two main open buffet-style restaurants. There are 3 a la carte restaurants (Asian, Italian and Lebanese) as well

OMG one word describes the Hotel ( Amazing) , I don’t know how to start , mr. hany saad and mina are very respect and helpful and professional in the reception, the room was very clean and comfortable , the food was excellent and delicious specially the asian restaurant mr gerges the manager was very friendly and professional , the beach was amazing amazing amazing, the pools were clean , many facilities in the hotel you don’t need to go outside but also the location is great in the middle of the downtown, the stuff are friendly and helpful, it’s definitely not the last time to visit this place again , thank you very much

the ine time access to their new hotel SERRY free of charge was exceyand made it worth it. the proximity to the great beach is wonderful. beach pools, many and dlides a good attraction for my kids.

the food is simply tasteless and mass produced for the crowds, lots of crowds so if you like lots of meat and fries and fried cheap food, it is a right place- juices from the packs, beer tasteless but liked by the all inclusive crowds, you are at the right place.

The hotel was stunning and the reception staff were amazing. Unfortunately we were only there for a few hours due to a flight delay so didnt get to experience everything but what we did experience was amazing.

Everything was good except the wifi that keeps disconnecting everytime, some of the workers (lifeguard, barman, etc…) that keep staring all day long at the girls at the piscine…. And one cleaner that took a pack of cigarrets while he was cleaning. The doctor at the clinic of the hotel make the consultation expensive and does not want to give an invoice "because of the taxes". We’ve got invited to inaugurate the Serry Hotel, that was exceptional. Special thanks to Mr. Hani Gacem Mr. Hani who raises the rating of this hotel because of his kindness and his good vibes every day, he really took care about us, he’s a very good guy !

They did their best to make my vacation as nice as possible. Pleasant staff, smilling all the time. Rooms were clean, the view from the balcony was amazing. We have booked a candle dinner for our anniversary and the staff singed a song in arabic for us. They are amazing! Private beach with snack bar and drinks which is nice and relaxing.

One night stay because i wanted to be close to the airport. Staff of the hotel was extremely kind and helpful and they have satisfied all my requests (wake up call & granting permission to the vehicle that got me to the airport). They also provided me with some food for breakfast during my checkout (earlier than 6am) and when i returned to my room after the beach (round 6pm) i found some fruits on the table in my porch outside my room. Easily accesible beach, i had free lunch and free consumption in the bar ( 3 glasses of beer - i think that was pretty cool :) ). Ι had dinner outside of the hotel since i wanted to enjoy my last night in Hurghada so i can't judge them about their dinner. The area outside the hotel (from the back entrance, on your way to access beach) was full of coffee shops, restaurants etc. Seemed really safe (as it is the case in all areas of Hurghada). The only thing is that my room did not have any shutters but curtains which provided privacy of course. Just mentioning it , not because of any safety issue (it's the last thing you'll have to worry about in this place). Overall a very good choice as far i can tell from my short stay.

the property has excellent facilities for families and couples. it was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable and the staff where very friendly. great play park for the kids and they really do have their own aqua park! The hotels private beach is beautiful, the Hotels submarine is a must go that was an excellent trip, we loved it! We were sorry we didn’t have enough time to try Quest the hotels glass bottomed boat. The scuba diving was amazing - even though I was very nervous the dive masters are extremely patient we had a fantastic day diving - me total novice 1st time, partner very experienced diver! the team where able to accommodate all skill levels on the same trip, give it a go I promise you’ll be very well looked after. The events team will give advice on whatever you need. the area around the hotel was very nice too, some shops and restaurants ( we didn’t have time to spend outside the hotel but definitely would if we came back). We did tip because we thought the service was excellent. We used Egyptian pounds throughout our stay with no hassle. A tip about tipping (if you’ve read this far!) Euro’s, USD and English pounds (not Scottish or Irish sterling - the banks only accept Bank of England notes) are accepted, but please if tipping with a foreign currency use notes as the exchange’s and banks don’t accept coins in Egypt. We did get staff asking if we could change coins for notes, they are not trying to scam you they just can’t do anything with the coins.

the food was a bit repetitive in the buffet, although there are other restaurants we didn’t try (we only stayed 3 nights and a full on schedule!) My partner became very sick with a tummy bug on our last day and we can only attribute that to him eating food and drinking the juices at the buffet - I have a food intolerance so we didn’t eat the same things here and I was fine - Standard buffet fare and I’d suggest getting there early as the food wasn’t kept super warm. The chefs all wore gloves around the food stations, but would touch the food, utensils and clean up whilst wearing the same pair of gloves throughout the whole service - perhaps basic hygiene and hand washing would be more appropriate around the food stations? The all inclusive deal is good here as the facilities are excellent, but the alcohol is particularly disgusting- Egyptian booze is awful! and the soft drinks available were good but not a wide choice.

We had a spectacular time there , my daughter enjoyed the aqua park very much and we liked that the aqua pools was heated. Special thanks to Amber guest relation officer who kept tracking our stay day by day to make sure we enjoyed our vacation to the max
