Beautiful hotel. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. However the 2 bedrooms suit doesn’t have a living room.
The door lock was not perfect. It’s a little worn and make it difficult to open after scanning the door card. Breakfast was not a big spread but given the price paid it’s decent and the food was delicious.

Buena ubicación, cerca de una de las puertas de Chiang Mai, cómodo para pasar unos días en la ciudad y no depender de taxis. Habitación cómoda y espaciosa. Desayuno buffet correcto y personal agradable.
El precio del SPA muy alto, a 2min del hotel encontramos sitios de masajes por la mitad de precio.

Room is spacious & clean with many mirrors which is very good for ladies :-) Located at a quiet place yet not far from the busy street. Breakfast is ok, just that during peak hour the restaurant might not have enough tables for all guests. I like the coffee served during breakfast. Staffs are helpful, they provided us some info about flower farms and help us to book taxi to Yin Yong flower farm.
Due to the location of the hotel, it takes sometime for taxi to reach the hotel from either outside or airport.

rooms were big. bathroom had all you need. breakfast in the morning was great.
located down dark alleyways needed two people to feel comfortable. some difficulty on arrival as had given two bed room away and couldn’t understand why we wouldn’t share one bed - ? language difficulty. sorted out by later in day thankfully.

The fron desk, the breakfast and their waitress, room is big and comfy,, location is excellent, 10 minutes walk to the night Market and to ols city gate
Cleaning could be better, we had some cob webs in our shower, no hangers in the shower for your clothes, pillows were uncomfortable

The hotel is a calm place near the Tha Pae Gate.

The pool (and bar) + outside area could be more cozy and lively by playing some soft background music, more plants, different seats.
