止むを得ないとは思うが、低層階のロケーションは想像以上に残念だった。もう少し高層階と料金設定に差をつけるなどしていただけると割り切りやすいと思った。

Staying in Annex tower not so convenient having to change lifts - when I returned for one night on 22nd August I was in the Main tower which was much better

Location was just a few stops from Haneda and easy to access Shibuya. Room has a lovely view of Tokyo (Room on 35th floor)

Bathroom was dirty, carpets were dirty. Very dated decor. Room had a large desk and chair slap bang in the middle of the room which ruined the flow of the room but also blocked off the view. For the price paid for the room was disappointing. Breakfast was mediocre

Closeness to station

There’d been a major incidence with bullet train that day so we arrived 5hrs after the check-in we’d reported. Late at night. No dinner. Check in staff showed no concern or empathy.

The hotel is conveniently located right across from Shinagawa station. There is a variety of eateries around and the hotel offers 4 different restaurants for breakfast.

We booked a room in the corner that offers a perfect view of the city. Unfortunately, the AC control was ancient and the AC unit not working well. The large windows were extremely warm due to the heat that penetrated them. Sleeping with the barely working AC was very uncomfortable at night. The bathroom is small and outdated, but clean. Additionally, the vending machine on our floor was only stocked on the first day. It was never refilled over the next two days.

No tunnel connection from Shinagawa Station to Hotel. Pushing luggages on road between Station & Hotel with uneven road surface was a nightmare!! So difficult and unpleasant.

Location of the Hotel is very convenient.

That there is no bus from the Hotel to Narita Airport to book. Breakfast is quite expensive for japanese conditions.

部屋のお掃除がもう少し徹底されていたら良かったかも。椅子やテーブルの足や部屋の隅やカーペットと壁の隙間などに少し誇りが溜まっていたような気がします。

Dreadful check in. Inefficient, slow and inflexible. Took 2 hours in total. Even luggage storage was so painfully slow. Poor management and staff training. Even self check in was pathetically cumbersome and slow

Huge hotel with lots of amenities - shops, restaurants, taxi, concierge, luggage lockers etc. - very conveniently located close to a major subway station. Rich breakfast selection (sometimes need to queue), room is well equipped, but the shower did not have much water pressure even though faucet was wide-open. Room was ready at the time indicated (but not possible to check-in early). Lobby often very lively as groups meet/arrive all the time.

Wifi is slow

The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the 31st floor was breathtaking and we even saw Mount Fuji on a clear day! Amazing.

There are 0 common area where you can meet and eat food from outside, so we had to either go to a restaurant or eat in the room (we were 4 in total, so sharing a room every day for dinner time was annoying). Also, I was shocked by the environmental note in the bathroom knowing a cleaner came in every single day and replaced all of the bathroom supplies daily, including toothbrushes and razors that clearly needed no replacing. Japan really is disappointing when it comes to the environment and this hotel was no different.

This is a VERY large modern complex of hotel towers. Very upscale and expensive. Think the kind of place where tour busses drop off 60 people and someone else takes their baggage to the rooms. We booked here because it was very close and convenient to the Shinagawa train station, so it was easy as we arrived jet lagged from the US, the simple in and out as we went to other areas outside of Tokyo. Our trip was primarily to Kyoto and the Fuji area, so this hotel served our purpose, but if I were visiting Tokyo to see the sights, I would stay elsewhere.

A little confusing finding the reception on 7th floor to check in

L'hôtel se trouve dans un complexe qui comporte de nombreux restaurants, cinéma, piscine... Il est également à proximité de la gare. Très bon breakfast buffet

Hotel posizionato vicino alla stazione di Shinagawa uno snodo di tante linee per ovunque compreso aeroporto di haneda. Le stanze sono piu ampie della media di 11 metri quadri. La struttura non è nuova , ma comunque ben tenuta , il bagno dotato di vasca con doccia, i letti singoli ampi e comodi.
