Amazing view, spacious apartment close to city- walking distance to restaurants

We were very impressed with the facilities in our unit. All the places we wanted to visit in Brisbane (Southbank, the Wheel, Roma Street gardens etc) were within walking distance. The view from our apartment was stunning at night.
The lifts were slow. Traffic noise was intrusive.

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment with Riverview and the view of the Brisbane river was incredible!

The property was clean and comfortable, and well located in relation to the mall, Southbank and the Roma Street train station. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient.
Having to exit the elevator and walk through the car park in order to get to our room.

View was mostly of other buildings but had a bit of the river. The apt was very clean, the fit out was a little dated. I feel like the lobby was newer than the apts.
Needs a fresh fit out, it's a bit dated.

Staff at Evolution are very friendly and helpful and the location of the property to transport is also very good. The room was pretty basic but comfortable for our 5 day stay.
Our room was very close to the lift shaft so that was a bit noisy during the night. We also had a party on the balcony above us on our first night that woke us up around 4am!!

Blinds not heavy enough and room way too light at night. Dividing glass screens not able to be moved so that you could watch TV from bed.

The location, the view was amazing, had the bridge outside the door to walk to southbank
Needed some maintenance for example the shower had rust on the fixtures, the sky lounge is outdated had a pool table but could not use it

Location was outstanding with fantastic river views. We were in 16th floor 2bed room, river view apartment. It was roomy, clean and comfortable with lovely staff. Easy walk to Queens Mall, Southbank, Roma St Station.

Property was in good location, clean and comfortable room with a great view. Staff were friendly and obliging and kitchen well equipped. Pool and fitness area clean and great to use.
Renovations to foyer meant hike up stairs with luggage wasn't great but couldn't be avoided. Room servicing across a 4 day stay would have been nice.

the lifts weren’t working while reception is being upgraded so we had to use stairs which was inconvenient

Location is good, in the city. Walking distance to South Bank, Cultural Centre and other top sites. Parking was also handy
Zero communication on the renovations until post booking. Also upon arrival, zero communication on how to get to access lifts, and rooms when travelling with a pram.

The apartment was on the 27th floor with a beautiful view of the river. We liked the balcony as well.

everything was good except the lobby smelt very damp, sorta like clothes that have been in the washing machine to long.
