A perfect place for sports. Beautiful nature and very quiet.

For a hotel of this calibre, the food is awful. It's understandable that we were there for the competition, but still. The breakfast is tolerable. I went into town for dinner. I had one dinner at the hotel, which was about three. But when there was a feast from the organisers the food was delicious and like home. Maybe the food is better at other times. There was no tea or coffee in the room. For a 4/5 star hotel, it felt like it had been cleaned on purpose and just given a couple of sleepovers.

Michael was able to train and relax before his event. As a spectator I felt a bit isolated……but explored by myself and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. A very relaxed stay but few instructions as what we could do. I just went exploring by myself and if a security guard questioned me, I just pleaded ignorance and moved on. Rooms were great. Took us a while to work out the heating/ cooling. Overall, loved the x-bionic experience. From Australia to Šamorín. A vast difference from Outback Australia

Complex was vast. Language was difficult for us. When we went to use the pool we were questioned by security and felt like spies. Access to certain areas was restricted. I am a walker and wanted to cross the canal via the bridge but it was locked.

The bigest and Best equiped fitness I have ever seen, nice wellness, nice swimming pool, one for swimming and one with water 35 degrees Celsius Without any problem we agreed later checkout

The breakfast was amazing Dinner in the restaurant was exceptional We ate at the same restaurant for 3 nights :-)

The room was not cleaned but I was hardly in there !

The rooms were organized very nicely. Lots of places to put belongings. Easy to enter with pass card. The 50 m pool was excellent, as was the other pools, the track and the grounds. The meals we re great - lots of variety The buffet was kept very clean amd.orderly. The staff were very helpful and available. The common areas of the hotel were also beautiful and comfortable with many things to see and lots of nice places.tp.sit and relax. We were there for the world multisport competition and the place was perfect for that.

We were a little bit frustrated with the gates around the property. It was awkward to 'get.out' on foot and walk along the Danube. It would be nice to have a way to access that area more.easily. Also, the location was so far removed from town that without a car (which we didn't have) we couldn't really go anywhere else (like to a grocery store etc).

Clean, modern, very comfortable. Overall a great place to stay

Wifi is only available in the room, and is weirdly setup via a TV. It was quite slow as well, to a point it was better to use mobile network. Away to The checkout experience has been horrible. Usually you just leave your keys and can leave, but here I had to wait in line for half an hour before I could check out. Stuff was busy with people from completion checking in, but didn't organize well - all four check-in desks were busy with competition checkins. Didn't let check out to be a separate line or refused to expedite the checkout.

hotel very large and modern, clean tidy everywhere and tastefully finished, the facility offers a lot of opportunities to practice various types of sports, very tasty restaurant both inside and outside the hotel, great wellness, it is a pity that people in swimsuits are goinig in, which is however forbidden and no one is watching it

the lady at the reception desk was not very nice during registration, she did not quite tell us where we had the room and we looked for it for 15 minutes, only someone from the service showed us, it is a pity that you have to pay additionally to enter the wellness - when you pay almost 300 euros for the room one night for 2 person such services should be included in the price, in addition, when registering the room offer said that the room will have a view ... yes, there was a view from the ground floor to the playground .. it would be a pity if I had known, I would have looked for another option

Poor services for family weekend getaway. Security staff rude, receptionist uppon arrival advised animators for kids which was closed!? No explanation provided only it’s external comoany so they don’t know when it’s available? Really? Carpet stains all over. Rooms not well kept, walls dirty. Could use some paint. If you’re a soccer player looking for some training and few beers it’s ok but not for the price. 5 stars? It’s a joke. For 180euros a night you have to really try harder. Restaurant was nice the first night. Second evening the waiter could get the order right 3 times in a row 🤦. The the waiter from first night took over and resolved it. If you’re looking for nice weekend getaway this place is not going to make you happy.
