it was said to be en suite but it was shared bathrooms. they were quite dirty as well

Nothing at all . If I would of find it decent I would stay . But I didn't . And I still got fully charged . When I tried to ask for a refund the website said that they did not answer . When they will answer I would have some of my money back . But nothing . Didn't receive nothing back . Of course they standing . They fool you . That's business isn't it ? But I did not use their services in any shape or form .I did not benefit from nothing from them . What I did it was giving them money that I know will never come back . I'm alright as I believe in karma plus I believe that PEOPLE HAVE TO KNOW.

Nothing at all . Not their attitude not them talking in their language with one another when I'm trying to address an issue I did not even stay and they still did not give my money back . The place was dirty and looked worst than a prison cell . Therefore I did refuse myself to stay there. When I tried to address the problem to reception they were rude and not understanding of the situation. I told them I have a health condition which does not allow me to stay in such degrading contidions . If I would I would of breathed very bed and most probably bcuz of it I would of panic. I DO NOT Recommend to my friends or enemies. Also I believe that place should be checked as Is not hygienic at all . Honestly I don't like giving negative reviews . But someone must do something about it as that type of business should not be existing . The money that they refuse to give back is sweated and I definitely do not trick anyone into getting them . So I don't understand why is is still open They promise conditions that they are not able to support and yet they get their money . They must love their job . Honestly I'm highly disappointed with that business .

One room was available

2 bathroom for the entire structure and One of them had a broken door lock, so anyone could have broken in while you wer e doing your things. The whole place was dirty and dusty and the room smelt terrible

The location is good and that's just it

The place is very dirty to the point you won't want to touch anything or anything to touch you if you have your way. The toilet and shower room is very dirty, too tight. You will be praying that your body don't touch anything but that will be a prayer in futility because it must touch the dirty walls and dirty shower curtain. If booking.com and other booking platforms cannot inspect places before listing them on their platforms, they must make provision for refund if the guest feels the place does not meet his/her expectation. This place is pure fraud and shouldn't be listed in any decent platform

Room was dirty, bed broken and uncomfortable. Ariel for the sky box broken and no Ariel for TV so couldn't watch TV. There was an open overflow drain on the bathroom floor which was covered up with a bath mat, my partners actually hurt his ankle as his foot went straight in it , major health and safety issue. The shower head didn't attach to the wall. Walls so thin could hear the man in room next door snoring and farting, it actually woke me up. Went down past reception for a vape and there was a male receptionist asleep on the sofa in the lobby with a blanket on him. Safe to say was terrible from start to finish.

Good location, ten minute walk to the tube station. Very basic service but good value for money

There was a dead rat in my first room. The second room we where given was filthy. Rotting food, gum, left over rubbish. People smoking in the rooms. Dirts sides and surfaces and not just from being missed but never done. Dirty linen, curtains, black mould. Shower was covered in hair, pubes, wee and dirt. Like scale and rubbish. Turkey foul.

Regularly cleaned toilets, kind staff, I left my suitcase at the reception early morning after checkout and collected it later in the afternoon with no problems. Tube station really close.

Wasn’t value for money, place is extremely unclean it’s a absolutely health hazard. I was accused of losing the room key by one of the staff even though I handed It in to the staff before I left which was caught on CCTV
